Hotel Park

Stayed her before and really liked it, especially the lighted walk along the Adriatic. Brought my friend here and it was once again very nice. Very friendly staff who actually remembered me from our stay before. Good rooms, comfy though a bit noisy as the windows face the main street and people seem to have the need to drive along there at 3 in the morning, especially with their mopeds and vespas. Breakfast is one of the best on the trip. Lots of selection and very good cappuccino machine. I had the place all to myself when I went down there in the morning and that was very nice. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel has a pretty good restaurant also. Two gelato places right across the street. Excellent! Love this area and love to stay here. Only problem is that lots of tour buses seem to stay here and thus if you come to breakfast early in the morning, the place will be packed with those from the tour bus and they are like locust at the buffet. Parking can be a little difficult also. The hotel wasn't all that full and so I was able to find parking there, but it is tricky to get into and if a tour bus is sitting there, then good luck with that.

We stayed for 3 nights and booked this hotel as part of an organized trip, so the hotel was chosen for us. We had a tiny room just under the roof on the 4th floor with a very small window (401). The room was rather dark because of this. The hotel claims that the rooms are 24/26 square meters. Our room didn’t have 15. The hotel has this very old fashioned system where you have to put your room key (card) in a switch to have electricity in the room. Being just under the roof our room got very warm during the day but there was no way to start cooling when you were not in the room because of this irritating system of the room key. Cooling while you were in the room was not possible when you also wanted to sleep as the cooling was very noisy. Opening the window didn’t work either as the hotel is at a busy street. It was hard to sleep with this heat. The two closest electricity plugs next to the right side of the bed didn’t work and therefore also not the bed light. Tiny shower and shower head. Hard to get wet. Nothing close to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Parking is possible at the hotel but troublesome. Hardly any parking space and hard to get in the parking as every day there was a bus (almost) blocking the parking entrance. Two out of three nights there were two busses in the hotel. But only for one night. Wonder if the busses have the nicer rooms although they only stayed one night. Lovran must have many nicer hotels than this one at a similar price. Wouldn’t go back nor recommend. Shall inform the travel agency to look elsewhere.

We stayed here three nights. Wonderful room. Large with a balcony that over-looked the Adriatic. They even had an automatic blind system that you could lower at night to block out the light from the street and the noise. The hotel does sit right on the main north/south coastal road in Istria and so there is traffic for most of the night. With the shutter down, it was quiet. Unfortunately, the shudder broke the second day but the staff was very good about it and moved us to a nicer room one-floor up with a better view. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful location. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were rather small. The only real problems we had was that one, there is limited parking and if you don't get back to the hotel in time, it will all be used up and then you're screwed. I was screwed. Second, there was a tour bus here that stayed two nights. This was both a good thing and a bad thing. Bad thing was that the stupid bus parked right in the front of the hotel, right under our balcony and would run its engine in the morning -- yuck -- and the people from the tour, Germans I do believe, were rather rude and pushy. Good thing was that with that many people staying at the hotel, they had a buffet dinner that wasn't all that bad. Lots of food and choices. Problem was fighting with the tour group for the food. Dinner was included in the price for us. Breakfast was nice. Buffet also and well stocked. On the second night my wife and I ate somewhere else because it was her birthday. On the third night, the tour bus was gone and so was the buffet. We were offered two choices for dinner and it was basically left-overs from the buffet the night before. Waiters were rather surly and sloppy looking. I had the calamari which said it was to be grilled. It was fried and I've had better calamari in the US in land-locked New Mexico! Not the best of experiences for the money and the food wasn't even Croatian. I wanted to give this place a higher rating, but too many issues to allow for that. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié,et repas de qualité.Le service hotelier était parfait,au petit soin et très sympathique.La chambre était très grande avec une 2ème pièce comme salon.Les lits étaient confortables.

Ho soggiornato due notti qui per poi spostarmi in giro per la Croazia in autonomia. Personale cortese; Pulizia buona; Letto un po’ troppo morbido per me e poco insonorizzato; Cena, colazione e qualità del cibo buona. Ecco il prezzo di una bottiglietta d’acqua è fin troppo caro. Lo consiglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto.

Un albergo gradevole d'aspetto ma con qualche magagna....Intanto da foto non si capisce che resta proprio sulla strada e quindi le stanze vista mare restano disturbante dalle auto e bus che sembra siano sul circuito di Monza ( corrono tutti come bolidi!). Nel bagno pochissimi prodotti anzi solo esclusivamente l'essenziale,il sapone liquido ( non una saponettina col logo dell'hotel,nulla!). La cassaforte non funzionante anche dopo una sommaria riparazione. Abbiamo fatto mezza pensione ma se quelle cene fossero state servite a molti nostri amici avrebbero ribaltato il tavolo...noi ci siamo accontentati . Buone le colazioni con buffet salato e dolce piuttosto fornito Anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia niente da dire. Forse qualche sillaba in più da parte del personale non guasterebbe. Ci torneremo con la speranza di trovare una saponetta in bagno.....

Prima hotel in hartje Lovran. Alles is netjes verzorgd in het hotel, eten is prima. Ontbijt fijn en personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Oude stadje en zee op loopafstand, net zoals een pinautomaat, winkel en bakker. Fijne vakantie gehad in dit hotel

Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Spar und weiter zu empfehlen.Das einzige ist das es für den Preis bessere Hotels gibt.Die Hotel Zimmer sind in Ordnung und das Bad ist riesig es ist ein gutes Hotel um einige Tage zu bleiben aber nicht mehr.

Pas mal mais sans plus vu le prix. Lit petit et moyen. Le dîner est moyen, prévoir aussi que les boissons sont en option y compris l eau. Petit déjeuner copieux mais gras et toujours moyen.
