Hoteles cerca del Park of the Four Fountains, Louisville

I had a great stay at this Courtyard during a visit to the Louisville area. The staff were great and everything went well during my stay. I stayed in a standard King room which was clean and bright and had a great view of the downtown area. The rooms are a little smaller than what I'm used to but I was only in my room late at night to sleep. The hotel has several amenities for guests to enjoy. it has an ample fitness center, a very welcoming lobby, a bar, a bistro that serves breakfast, coffee, and a limited choice of food for lunch and dinner. Parking is in the hotel and is added to the room charge. The hotel wifi worked well in every area of the hotel including my room, the lobby, the conference rooms and my room. Overall a great stay and not too expensive for a downtown hotel. This hotel is located near many of Louisville's attractions within walking distance. I would stay here again if the room price is reasonable.

El estacionamiento puede ser un poco confuso, más señales deben ser visibles debido al valet y todo lo demás en las garajes de estacionamiento son difíciles de ver. Tenemos un vehículo más grande y tuvimos que usar un garaje de estacionamiento diferente, y debido a todo el valet en la parte delantera no podíamos ver dónde estaba ese garaje de estacionamiento, por lo que acabamos de estacionar en el garaje de estacionamiento público en la carretera. El hotel está bien situado y el personal de hotel nos ha reembolsado por el estacionamiento del hotel, por lo que no se nos ha pagado el doble. Una cosa que me di cuenta que sería una gran ayuda para los visitantes es más señal en el hotel y el garaje de estacionamiento. El hotel es muy grande y todos los pisos son los mismos, así que puedes girar bastante con la Torre que vayas a o donde están situados los restaurantes. Por ejemplo, sería bueno tener una señal en los ascensores para que sepa qué pisos tienen acceso a qué restaurantes/cierre. Recomendaría definitivamente este hotel y estará aquí otra vez.

El 21cHotel en Louisville es un nuevo concepto increíble en la estancia del hotel. No sólo las habitaciones estaban sin escena y bien designadas, sino que el personal fue útil y realmente un placer para conversar con! Gracias Jason! We booked a 1 bedroom suite for 4 nights. There were some nice things about this property, but in general it was just average. The suite faced Main St and the noise from outside was quite loud at times. If you are noise sensitive, this hotel might not be the best fit for you. We used a sound machine for sleeping that we brought, and that helped. Perhaps it would have been better had we been on a higher floor as we had requested, The furniture ( especially the sofa) was uncomfortable, the bed a little hard for our liking. The staff was friendly and tried their best, we appreciated that. The restaurant staff was friendly and did a good job, we only used the restaurant for breakfast. The food was good but the selection could have been better. The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping our room looking good and well stocked. One down side was the valet parking. It often took a long time to get our car from Valet, and a couple of times when we texted for our car they”forgot” to get it. Perhaps more staffing would help in that matter. Free bourbon shots in the lobby in the evening is a nice touch for those who drink. All in all, the location is good for people who want to be where the action is, but the hotel is nothing special and it did not suit us all that well.

Very fun atmosphere! Check in is at the bar & complementary cocktails are offered. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. Only downside was the rooms are TINY. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time sleeping ;) Hope to come back & visit Sara soon!

Clean and spacious room. Kind and pleasant staff with whom I interacted. Very good location with much to take in nearby and many good restaurants. Despite the large sign at the front desk that states only service animals allowed, I was annoyed by the constant barking of a dog across the hall. Also, I asked for housekeeping at the midpoint of my 5 night stay as I was out of soap, paper and plastic cups, & coffee, plus the 2 small waste cans were overfilled. I was told they would tidy up the next day, but no one did. Front desk said that she didn’t know what happened and that she was sorry. It’s a nice place, but seems to be a bit haphazardly run with little attention given to detail.

We have stayed at this location many times! The people that work here are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. This time that we went for thunder over Louisville and before you say it was because they were so busy that it may not have been as good is an understatement they were not that busy. I was first very disappointed that I booked this back in November and when I did Travis told me that it was only available for two days at a time. He said they would take the payment which was at a much higher cost and they did not offer any kind of military discount or any other offer. When we got to the hotel on Friday, I know they stated that many people had canceled and if we knew of anyone who needed a room, they would book them for one night. The issue for me was that we talked with several people (arrived Saturday)that had booked that prior to this date (February)and were able to book it for one night only. Wow !The other thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. It was filthy with coffee, spills paper, toaster that did not brown or toast .this was not after they had been open for several hours. The food was not good. It tasted old, (day old breads, bagels hard)and it also tasted like the Belgian waffles, which I had previously written, were so wonderful that in order to save money, things had been watered down or diluted. The location is very good and this has always been a favorite place of ours to stay unfortunately I do not believe that I would book this again. It was certainly not worth $675 for two nights when originally I had only wanted one but was told I could not.

Estaba allí para más alto que el festival de la vida. Esto fue un explosivo para toda la familia. Sólo una breve distancia 7-15 min del festival y no fue difícil llegar a ningún lugar. Siempre vaya a la entrada 4 líneas más cortas para llegar a estacionamiento rápido. Sólo un paseo más largo al festival, pero no será largo para llegar allí considerando alrededor de 45 minutos en espera en el tráfico entrando de otras entradas.
