Motel 6 Lost Hills, CA

Good balance of price and accommodation.

Good no frills hotel. A little run down but nothing crazy. Could use a little TLC but overall a good experience. Paige is really nice and friendly at check in. I have stayed here a few times and they are very accommodating. If you are looking for the Ritz, keep driving, but if you want a reasonable room for reasonable price, this is it when your in the Lost Hills area. Bonus, my room had a mini fridge and microwave.

It's been a long time since I have stayed at a Motel6, but I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here for one night. When we arrived the room was clean and hot - not surprising with temperatures in the high 90s earlier that day. The AC unit managed to cool the room after about 45 minutes with a loudness moderate for those in-wall units. The mini-fridge and microwave were clean and functional. What surprised me was the 300+ channels of DIRECTTV available. I did not go through them all but those I did try worked great. Water pressure in the shower and sink were good. Overall a nice clean, quiet, and safe place to stay for our family of four - solid execution of just the basics which is what you expect from a Motel6. I did not see any of the pests inside the unit that others describe. I would definitely stay here again. One minor detail I would suggest to improve would be the weatherstripping around door could be improved. I could see the light from outside coming through the door. Better for all of us to keep the heat out and the cool air in during the summer.

Great motel 6 .. housekeepers are hard workers.. great quiet place to stay. Plenty of room for dogs to run.. and pets stay free.. lots of food places close to motel.. I would recommend To anyone traveling or just wanting to get away.. good pool..

Good punjabi food nearby. Nice desert trails nearby. Its lost hills, away from the city, near truck stops, a haven. Good price. Food carts nearby, tacos or platters. Friendly people. Easy walk to stores.

We love this motel 6. We take our dogs and they have lots of space to run. Our rooms are always clean and the staff is great! Great stopping place when traveling. Walking distance to everything. Pretty flowers and green grass. Will definitely stay again. Robyn, Andrea, and Bill are extra helpful and friendly!

Very friendly, clean and perfect place to crash after a long drive. Comfortable stay and no issues what so ever. Felt very safe. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area. Bonus… front desk lady is super funny!
