Excelente servicio y buena ubicación!

El hotel está situado en el oeste de Los Ángeles, cerca de Beverly Hills, Hollywood. La apariencia cilíndrica es muy distintiva y se puede ver desde la distancia. Las instalaciones interiores de la habitación son un poco anticuadas, pero están bien protegidas, ordenadas, limpias, tranquilas y cómodas. Puedes ver las montañas y las villas fuera de la ventana. El hotel cuenta con valet parking y el personal de servicio tiene buena actitud.

Very great amenities at the hotel: there is a bar and restaurant, and guests receive free drinks and enjoy happy hours. Hotel breakfasts were nice (if you don’t mind the service charge). Gym and pool were also very decent. They give guests free round-trip Uber rides to destinations in the vicinity. Not very accessible in terms of public transit except a couple of buses, but ideal for those who need to be at the Getty or UCLA.

Free glass of wine upon check-in, free Uber round trip to nearby locations, and free breakfast at their restaurant (with a nice view!). I was really impressed. We’ll definitely come back again.

Location is perfect Middle of everything. Breakfast was include but they charge $5 plus tip evereyday . We parked at the hotel they charge $40 . Los angekes is wayyy expensipe parking and other Amenities.

Excellent hotel, free uber to nearby places, like Ucla! The restaurant WEST which is located on the top floor of the hotel, nice view and good food!  Will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting LA the next time.

The hotel is right next to 405 highway and it was very noisy. Couldn't sleep with constant humming of traffic.

The service was extremely poor – practically non-existent. The efficiency was unacceptably slow, the room was very noisy, and I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. Choose another hotel nearby instead.

I stayed here almost every time I visit my son UCLA love the location and is very good for the price

Great hotel and customer service. Valet parking was a welcome bonus.

Service is great, and there is complimentary Uber to/from UCLA or Getty Center in certain period of the day. Nice breakfast.

Staff is nice and diligent as well the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Besides the location of the hotel is between 2 mayor freeways it is not that noise! I really like the neighborhood but you need a car To go  to buy any necessity or food because Liz nothing around.  Is a quite place, My only thumb down is the gym and the pool area. Some improvement is need it.

Not recommend. Located next to the highway, the noise during the day and night is annoying and unbearable. Vault park only, Off the highway in the middle of nowhere, but valet parking is the same price as downtown.

Place was good but rooms were small as per expectation. They were charging 40$ for vallet parking and customers were not allowed to do self parkjng.
