«The hotel itself is clean, and some of the staff members are friendly. Prior to my arrival, I had shipped a package to the hotel and requested that they hold it for me; however, a different staff member claimed they had no knowledge of the shipment and returned it to the sender. This incident completely threw my schedule into disarray. On the day of my departure, I asked the front desk to hail a taxi for me, but the staff member replied that they didn't have any taxi numbers on hand and told me to go outside and flag one down on the street myself. The parking attendants were no different; they didn't lift a finger to assist. In most hotels, staff members typically go out to the street to hail a taxi for guests, so this level of service was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that the hotel will strive to improve not only its physical facilities but also the quality of its service.»
