I stayed at Frasers Residence City in September 2022 , and it was a horrendous experience from start to finish. From unprofessional management to inadequate amenities, this place deserves no more than a 1-star rating. The Reception Manager, Annalisa, and the General Manager, Nora, were both extremely unprofessional and rude to clients. It was evident that they had no idea what was going on at the hotel and lacked even the basic understanding of how to run an establishment like this. Their poor management skills and terrible customer service made the entire stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The room I stayed in was filthy, with dust and grime covering the surfaces. It seemed like the housekeeping staff hadn't bothered to clean the room properly before my arrival. The air conditioning was not functioning, which made the room unbearably hot and stuffy during my stay. To make matters worse, the hot water supply was unreliable, working only when it felt like it. This made taking a shower a game of chance, which is not something I expect from a hotel of this caliber. The Wi-Fi connection was abysmal, with slow speeds and frequent disconnections that made it feel like I was in a third-world country. This made it nearly impossible to get any work done or stay connected with friends and family. Additionally, the noise from the clubs downstairs was unbearable. The loud music and commotion made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and further added to the overall dissatisfaction with my stay at Frasers Residence City. In conclusion, I would not recommend Frasers Residence City at 3 Lovat Lane, London to anyone. With unprofessional management, dirty rooms, inadequate amenities, and unbearable noise, this hotel is not worth the time or money. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay in London.
