The hotel is very conveniently located by the Paddington Station. Clean and neat but the air conditioning is a bit weak. Otherwise a decent enough stay for solo traveller like yours truly.

A good value property with good facilities and great location with excellent transport options. Comfortable and quiet, a good option for short term travellers.

This was a great place to stay. It’s been recently renovated so everything is very modern. Quiet hotel within a short walking distance to Paddington so it’s very accessible. And, the price was very reasonable especially for London.

New rooms. Great bathrooms. Compact and modern inside, traditional exterior. Great staff. Great for money value.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station both for the Heathrow Express Train and the Underground to get around the city. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. It was really small. Opening our large suitcases was an issue. The TV never worked correctly the entire 4 days we were there. The very nice guy at the front desk tried to fix it multiple times. The last 2 days there was no access to the Internet/streaming through the TV. It randomly turned off half a dozen times each evening. It was annoying. The breakfast room was pleasant and the food was limited but good. There are multiple places to eat in the area, including a McDonalds by the station.

Had a free upgrade, the room was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff friendly and efficient.

出入方便但房間超細，有大型行李要認真考慮。如果會考慮往其他需要坐火車的地方，係好選擇之一。但附近有好多同類型酒店。 前台有禮，晚上出入大門要先用房卡確保安全。早餐係簡單continental breakfast ，一眼睇晒嘅選擇。

Hotel was excellent; clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently close to Paddington station which makes it ideal for stays in London.

Excellent for Paddington station Couple of restaurants 1 min walk which was great as we got there an hour before check-in Great front staff Breakfast was ok. Great staff member. Just super basic offering but ok. I had a boiled egg on toast. Daughter had a pancake which you can ask for and some cereal.

Friendly staff, in a good location to get around London. Room is small but that is normal for the smaller hotels in the area around Paddington.

Just a little warm and stuffy in the top floor

Fantastic linens, pillows , and room. Everything was fresh and clean and the staff were great!! Lived the small courtyard our room was on and the fact we had fresh air through the window. Room 005 !! Loved it. Would stay again anytime
