Nos alojamos en una habitación Executive King. La recepción y la ubicación son buenas, pero el mantenimiento de la habitación y los derrames de agua en el área del baño no son buenos. Y encontré un Spider-Man enorme en la habitación. ¡Dios mío! Mi hijo se asustó.

Estaba aquí para un tránsito. Buena ubicación ya que está cerca de la ciudad y de la estación de tren Victoria. Tomé un Uber y es muy conveniente, la tarifa del hotel es razonable y la cama es cómoda.

Se podrían proporcionar más comodidades. Los botones del ascensor son un poco confusos.

Aproveché la excelente ubicación del hotel Park Plaza Victoria London para caminar hasta el Palacio de Buckingham, junto con diferentes restaurantes y teatros cercanos. Pero lo que hace que este viaje sea aún más maravilloso es el excelente servicio del personal del hotel. Sin duda me alojaría en este hotel la próxima vez que visite Londres.

Staying for two day without cleaning rewards you a 10 pounds food coupon. The food are good but the portion is quite small even ordering large portions.

Hotel location is fine. Close to rail and tube but 15 min walk to victoria coach station if you have bag. Hotel amenities doesn’t include tooth brush and tooth paste. The most inconvenient is the missing bathmat in the bathtub which seems to be common in all hotels nowadays. It is very dangerous.

This hotel is OK. It has a convenient location very close to Victoria station. Even being as close as it is, you still have to walk past classic British drunks and random hooded youths on e-bikes in the very short walk as you leave the lights of the station at night. Not the fault of the hotel, but still a factor that the area doesn’t feel like the safest. The room was a bit cold in winter and took a long while to get a little bit warmer. It was clean and functional but the decor felt a bit tired and dated, the window gave me the glorious sights and sounds of the central air conditioning units. Staff were helpful and friendly but there was one evening when I was fairly abruptly confronted as to if I was a legitimate guest at the hotel and had to produce my card as evidence. All of this makes it just OK, but the fact that the prices you pay in London for mediocre would get you a high level of service, amenity and surroundings in most other places around the world, makes it a little disappointing.

It is pricey due to the location. But the hotel is well kept and staffs were helpful.

No credibility. When I checked in I was told I could get bottled water each day, but when asked for it the next day, I was told the rule has just changed and no bottle water would be given. It is not unusual for hotels that only give bottle water on the first day. However, if you promised something, you should honor it. Will never stay that again.

Great location next to Victoria Station , spacious rooms and delicious breakfast.

Hotel has the best location, professional staff and cozy rooms. I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Plaza Victoria London.

Check in and check out process was straight forward. The receptionists were professional, kind, always available for any requests. The room was automated so you could manage the AC, lights and the curtains automatically by clicking on a button. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was tasty and international. The attention to the guests is the focus of hotel staff and it was really appreciated. Hotel location near Victoria station and within walking distance of Buckingham palace, Big Ben and Hyde park.
