The Botree is a newly opened hotel, but the overall experience seemed relatively amateur. There are no reception and you get ushered onto the sofas and staff attend to you on their availabilities. There were many friends of guests that could simply drop a name and go up to the rooms. I had booked the executive king rm, but the room checked in was not similar to the one advertised. The location is extremely convenient, right by Bond st station and walking distance to Selfridges.

Really beautiful hotel - light bright and airy room, very stylish with a slight Japanese vibe but not minimalist. Bed and pillows super comfy. Good location - right off Oxford Street (Bond Street tube super convenient) and close to Marylebone 'village'. Very warm welcoming team.

Exceptionally outstanding hotel. I was there for one night and the service and experience was outstanding from arrival to departure. The staff were welcoming and the check in was seamless and very quick. The ambience in the reception, bar area was warm and welcoming. Room was exceptional and attention to detail was incredible and well though out. Situated right in the centre of London - Bond Street station across the street with Oxford Street to walk and Marble Arch and Edgware Road the other way. The Staff watchful and were available all the time. A must stay/experience hotel! Thank you all at BoTree!

The hotel is very modern and clean which was finished around last quarter of 2023. The rooms are good and service cleaning staff are really attentive. Check-in needs to be slightly faster but still no complains. They have a bar at the side and two floor nice restaurant where they serve the breakfast ( make sure you do not get charged breakfast fees by the restaurant staff when you book your room with breakfast included ) The lobby staff are really helpful especially when you ask where to go near the hotel. Last but not least, the location is amazing , 1 min walk from oxford street and the underground stations.

Lovely rooms. Great help from Bam, the lady at the reception. Location is superb, a lot of restaurants, gyms, shops close. Bathrooms are full of equipment and have floor heating. We stayed in the suite which was big enough, but could be a little larger. Overall great experience.

An amazing experience from arrival to departure. In every way. The hotel is situated right in the centre of London - Bond Street station across the street with Oxford Street to walk and Marylebone High Street the other way. The concierge was incredible. On text 24/7 to answer any question or to provide any service. The restaurant was as 5 star as the hotel. I only wish I could have stayed longer. You will want for nothing. Total perfection.

The hotel was recently open and it’s obvious as all taxi drivers we came across have never heard of it. The service was EXCELLENT! A shoutout to everyone who works in the hotel especially the door men who were all just lovely and friendly. Located in Marylebone, steps from Oxford Street. So those looking for shopping would be happy to stay here. Next to metro stations. Restaurants and cafes around. Rooms are a bit on the small side so it was a good thing I got my own room and didn’t share it with my friend. The design is lovely though!

This is a lovely modern boutique hotel with really good customer service. The room was beautiful. There was a slight delay on my check in as I arrived late at night but the team on reception were very nice and gave me a glass of champagne while I waited, which was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
