El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones debe solicitarse con antelación en la recepción. Sin embargo, incluso después de realizar la solicitud, el servicio de limpieza se pasó por alto una y otra vez. En una semana, no se atendieron peticiones sencillas, como el cambio de toallas.
La habitación estaba limpia en general y el secador de pelo tenía suficiente potencia.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street.
the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable

酒店位置確實方便，離地鐵走路三分鐘。但是酒店前台傲慢無禮，還想着坑中國人的錢。我們在網站上付款了費用，她讓我們再付款一次。我們用英國的銀行卡付款了提前入住的費用，等到下午居然告訴我沒付款成功，還讓我看他的電腦記錄。廢話，英國的卡都是扣完錢後先pending，然後過一段時間再到賬。當我們説我們要上去看我們的銀行卡記錄時馬上又改口。我們帶來孩子，死活不給再找一個哪怕大一點的沙發，傲慢無理。真是非常非常差的入住體驗。本來定了兩晚上，後面一晚上直接取消了。離這家走路十分鐘還有一家同一個公司的店，服務態度這些比他好太多了。

房間比較大，28吋箱子完全攤得來，有書桌，有單人沙發，感覺比之前一樣價位的另一家酒店寬敞。窗户是雙層的，臨街的房間也一點聽不到聲音。衞生間也比較大，是我很滿意的一家酒店。

近地鐵站及巴士總位出入方便，地鐵部入面有超市及連鎖餐廳，中西美食都齊選擇多，環境安全及安靜。不過6樓是閣樓式房間，空間會感會比較壓迫。
