I was so happy to enjoy my holiday in this hotel,everyone from staff was kind.Bedroom very clean and confortable bed.Next time i will come again

The towel are lovely.
It was clean.
What did stand out for me was that it was quiet.

Booked this hotel for my friend as her mum was visiting London and she really wanted to treat her to a nice hotel. I’ve always had great hotels using Hotwire to book but this one is a total fraud. It took her a week or so to tell me as she didn’t want me to be disappointed but reading the reviews matches what I’ve just been told. Rooms are closer to a 2 star, we recently booked a travelodge to use for a few hours on a road trip, that was more spacious and comfortable than the Bryson. Hotel is super dated, rooms have so much noise, carpeted walls that shower you in dust when you touch them and staff that really don’t care. For their rates I promise you there is 100’s of better hotels for less money. Don’t stay here!

The experience in this hotel was below average. More than the location and the place the customer service was very bad and rude. A lack of customer experience and does not even care to look at someone while talking and handling complaints. As a regular traveler I will not be coming here again.

I had a very pleasant 2 week stay at the Bryson. My room on the 4th floor was large and clean. The double bed was very comfortable. I even had a view of the top of the Chard and could see the twinkling lights at night. I had plenty of cupboard space and a large bathroom with a good sized shower and a lovely heated towel rail to dry and warm my towels. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful and made my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend the Bryson. It is very close to Farringdon station and also Chancery Lane so you can get around London easily. The location has many places to eat and about 8 minutes walk will get you to Exmouth Markets, which also has lovely cafes and restaurants.

The bathroom was OK and the staff was friendly.
The curtains wouldn’t close for privacy, water stain in the corner of the ceiling. The remote control was filthy and hallways were very dark and uninviting. The shampoo bottles were the smallest I’ve ever seen etc.

I rented a standard room for 3 days. Room was clean, very small, carpet on the walls, terrible neighborhood and a tiny bathroom. I could not close the shower door while I was in it. At best a two star hotel. It looks nothing like it’s web page. I paid in advance. When the checked in I told the hotel. I needed to leave a day early. They sad no problem. I’m n the morning the hotel manager said the same thing. Then when I left they refused to refund the last day. I guess no problem means I was free to leave. Also free to never stay there again Suggest you avoid it also.
