First time staying here - it's some sort of self check-in hotel but there was friendly staff onsite who were very happy to assist.
The room is very minimalist - you'll have a bed and that's about it. So it feels a bit overpriced for what you get (considering you get water/coffee/tea in other places for the same price). I probably won't stay there again, only if location is very convenient.

Reservé este viaje para mi cumpleaños de finanzas.
El hotel está anticuado, lo cual sabíamos y no hay problemas allí, pero si buscas algo moderno, no es el lugar para ti. Las puertas del ascensor estaban muy pegadas y no parecían abrirse correctamente y tenían mal olor.
Nos registramos bien, fuimos a nuestra habitación que tenía la calefacción a tope y la temperatura mostraba 39c. Intentamos abrir la ventana pero sólo un tornillo la mantenía cerrada.
La cama era muy cómoda para dormir, pero solo nos quedamos una noche, así que no estuvo tan mal.
A la mañana siguiente, el servicio de limpieza nos molestó al entrar a nuestra habitación a las 8 am, saludarnos, salir rápidamente y luego pasar la aspiradora por los pasillos golpeando las paredes y la puerta. Le contamos a la recepción sobre esto, pero fuimos recibidos por un miembro grosero del personal que señaló a otra señora y luego se fue. La señora detrás del escritorio dijo que volverá a hablar con el servicio de limpieza, por lo que parece que esto sucede con frecuencia.
Luego decidimos ir a desayunar y nos dijeron que costaba 15 libras cada uno. Aparentemente, cuando te registras, puedes comprar el desayuno a un precio reducido de £ 12. 50, pero nadie nos lo dijo ni nos lo ofreció en el momento del registro. Decidimos ir a otro lugar para desayunar.
En general, tuvimos un buen viaje a Londres, pero no recomendaremos este hotel ni volveremos jamás. Ojalá hubiera gastado un poco más y hubiera ido a un hotel mejor.

Este era de lejos mi hotel favorito en Londres! Situado en una ubicación increíble con vistas sorprendentes y Tesco está a sólo 2 minutos a pie! Es muy cómodo y limpio! El personal del frente es muy útil y amigable, especialmente Saim!!! ¡Siempre sonríe y siempre está listo para ayudarte con lo que necesites! ¡Definitivamente estaré de vuelta! Estaba 2 semanas y molestó cada uno de ellos!!!!!!!

Hoy fue la última oportunidad para mí. Reservé el hotel a través de IHG. Se me cobraron el doble de lo que se ofreció en el teléfono una llamada que se registrará así que hay pruebas. A pesar de las llamadas múltiples a IHG y de que se ha planteado un caso, nadie me ha contactado en semanas (escribo esta revisión casi 2 meses después de mi estancia). El director de operaciones respondió a mi correo electrónico básicamente diciendo que no es nosotros ellos. Intenté contactarlos otra vez, pero todavía nadie me ha contactado después de múltiples intentos de resolver por teléfono. Hoy he llamado de nuevo al hotel. Me envió al director general que respondió y luego el teléfono murió. He llamado de nuevo para ser informado al director general está en una reunión y voy a llamar. 4 horas después he llamado al director general aparentemente ya no está hoy. Este es el servicio al cliente más pobre que he recibido de IHG y no refleja bien mis años anteriores de ser miembro. No responderé a alguna mitad esfuerzo de una respuesta a aquí diciendo que lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas, por favor contacte conmigo para resolver. Mi apellido es waddingham y me quedé con usted en el 29/7/22 por 2 noches. No tengo idea si es la culpa de los hoteles o el cliente de IHG ayuda línea pero de cualquier manera alguien de la empresa debería tratar de resolver esto en lugar de que yo persigue mi cola!
