Aquí puedes solicitar diversas actividades, por ejemplo, un tour de luciérnagas, paseos en SUP, kayak, etc. Hay una cocina y puedes pedir una deliciosa cena. Gracias por su hospitalidad 🙂"

"We are the Big Femyli, on this special occasion—my wife, my two children, my 2-year-old granddaughter, and two friends—for a total of 9 people, we're staying at this hotel for two nights. It's a beautiful place, and we have the option to eat there, so we jump at the chance. But then the "buts" begin. Yes, but you have to tell us right away what you're eating. Fine, give us the menu, and of course, it's written in Filipino, the site is in very small print, the tradition being in English. Okay, fine, after the various games without borders to get to the island, we don't feel like arguing. Each person chooses, and we agree to eat at 8:30 pm. We eat, and after 10 days, we manage to find sparkling water in a can, delicious, only two cans. They bring it to the table, and we have to say it went well, and we want to try again the next evening. After being out and about all day, when we get back, they ask us for the menu for the evening, and we promptly tell them everything and go to the shower. At the best moment, the first message from the group arrives: there are no more fries, there's no bacon for the eggs, there were still a couple of things we bought. Big question, but if you're in the center of town, why don't you send some random guy to buy them? What a fool you'll look like. Everything was supposed to revolve around fries, and instead... in my room, Room 1, the air conditioning works until midnight, after which it's scorching hot. A very appreciated thing is the nighttime trip on the river to see a tree full of fireflies, they almost looked like Christmas lights. Amazing."

"Sinceramente, el lugar es impresionante. Me alojé en una casita pequeña y me encantó: súper tranquila, con los sonidos de la selva, mucha vegetación y un río cerca. El servicio es excelente y la cafetería-restaurante es deliciosa. En general, el ambiente es increíble. Pero la excursión en kayak/tabla de paddle surf para ver luciérnagas... no me gustó nada. Pregunté específicamente cuántas luciérnagas habría y me dijeron "un millón", lo cual... claro que no. Tardamos casi una hora en llegar, el guía apenas dio instrucciones claras, todo iba con prisas y la experiencia fue caótica y desorganizada. En lugar de relajarme, se convirtió en una auténtica pesadilla. Así que sí, todo lo demás está genial, pero mejor no te pierdas esa excursión."

"La descripción de la habitación decía baño privado. Al llegar nos dicen que la habitacion que pagamos no tiene baño, pero que al dia siguiente podriamos cambiarnos por un aumento de 1000PHP la noche. Decidimos quedarnos en nuestra habitación porque no íbamos a pagar más por algo que ya estaba incluido. La habitación era acogedora y el personal atento, los baños eran amplios pero alguna de las duchas estaba rota y no funcionaba correctamente. En la descripción también se mencionaban amenities, que no había por ningún lado. Una pena estos malentendidos porque el alojamiento es adorable y bien ubicado, un placer conocer a Norman."

"Starting from the booking process, Shoun and Christian were very helpful in finalizing our reservation. Although I didn’t catch the name of the lady at the reception during check-in, she explained the resort policy so clearly that it helped us decide to book an additional room. Since we were a group of 7 adults and 1 infant, we ended up getting 3 rooms instead of 2, which worked out perfectly. ​We really enjoyed the pool, and I was even able to work from the lobby. The Wi-Fi was so strong that I had no issues throughout my entire shift. Overall, the staff, especially Joy, Christian, and Justin were incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful one-night experience"
