¡El peor hotel en el que me he alojado! ¡Lleno de jóvenes borrachos, abusivos, entre 18 y 30 niños, alborotadores todas las horas de la noche! El suelo era más cómodo que las camas, apenas había enchufes de luz, habitaciones sucias,

Experiencia terrible. Me degradaron a otro hotel. El baño no estaba limpio, el cabello estaba en el bidé y el piso del baño, cuando le dije a la recepción, me dijeron que esperara hasta que se limpiara nuevamente y eso podría demorar entre 5 y 30 minutos. El aire acondicionado seguía haciendo ruidos incluso cuando estaba apagado. Una noche la televisión se encendió sola.

Como dice el título, es un hotel con una clientela joven. Jubilado y con más de 30 años, estarás un poco perdido en este fluir juvenil. Por lo demás el conjunto es básico, limpio y correcto. Buena relación calidad-precio. (por el momento).

the staff weren't very helpful as we had trouble checking in and they left us just stood there for about twenty minutes. my partner also had food poisoning while we were there, which could have only come from the hotel food as we hadn't eaten out yet. The surrounding area of the hotel was quite loud, however, neither of us struggled to sleep. The hotel is in a good location if you are looking for a party holiday, for couples and families i would not recommend. overall, you get what you pay for :)

After travelling all day, we finally checked in, got ready and left for dinner, to return around an hour and a half later to see our door VIOLENTLY bust wide open. Suitcases were all messed up, money and camera stolen, to which reception said they couldn’t do anything about and refused to call the police. They didn’t bother to help us in such panic and tried to brush it off by saying it’s normal and it had been happening for a couple of days. As two young girls who felt highly unsafe and invalidated by the staff, we insisted and managed to get the police involved, and when we asked them to check CCTV as something was so off about this place, they realised there were no CCTV cameras anywhere in our building. We immediately checked out and returned the next day to get a report proving we never stayed and realised reception claimed we returned to the hotel at 2 in the morning when in fact we had returned just before 22:30. This hotel is completely unsafe and should be taken off of the Love Holidays website. Hotel Villa Garbi should also specify that there is no security or cctv within or around the hotel. There were thieves armed with weapons on watch out nearby this hotel and especially when there are young people planning to stay there and also families with their young children this is totally unsafe with potentially an incident waiting to happen.

REGRETS ! DO NO BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! LOUD , RUDE , NOT A HOLIDAY HOTEL !!! Me and my friend 4 girls 22-24 , booked this for a summer holiday for a party vibe and relaxation . Upon arrival at the hotel , it was ram packed with German kids under the age of 18, there is a scheme at the hotel for young German kids to come to Lorett de mar to party , as there are about 4-5 huge clubs here on the ***** . On our first night after coming home from drinks , the electricity cut out of most of the hotel , we went to ask what was going on at reception and was met with the most awful reaction . The male night guard who was there that night proceeded to argue with us and then tried to scare me and my friends . He told me he was the manager of the hotel , so we asked for information like you do when you’ve paid for a hotel and they’re no electricity. We wanted to know when it would be fixed , he said he doesn’t know and he doesn’t care it’s not his problem in a very angry manner which we all found very intimidating, and laughed in my face and said there’s no one else we can speak to and proceeded to laugh in our faces . Luckily the other Garbi hotels are not a reflection of this , and the sister hotel helped us in resolving the issue that evening and tried to make us feel comfortable . The next morning we spoke to the receptionist ( lovely blonde lady ) who went above and beyond to help us , after complaining to her and explaining the scenario and asking if there any chance we could move , she went out of our way to call the sister hotel and check availability, we paid and extra 72 euros (extra 12 euros a night ) to be moved to hotel gran Garbi , which is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . Our holiday definitely improved from there.

It's not for family vacation, villa was full with a young people (excursions), they made horrible noises every night! Dinner was very nice, I am very satisfied 10/10

This hotel is very clean and effort is made by staff to be helpful. Food not too bad. Well maintained. The problem is it’s in the middle of an area frequented by teens on holiday with all the noise that comes with it. Most of the hotel is full of them so you can’t get away from it. Not a nice area at all. Would definitely prefer a hotel in tossa del mar a small distance away.

i found the room and hotel really clean. it was a shame the water slides were closed , but that our fault for not checking, the hotel is close to the beech and places to eat. one of the major let downs was the staff at night they could be very rude when going back to the room and it would only be 10 or 11 pm we dont stay out late and we try be respectful. the indoor pool cold do with some minor repairs also.the breakfast was nice we only had bed and breakfast but it was enjoyable. we have booked there sister hotel to try the beginning of September, you pay for what you get and its good for the price.
