HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

整個涵田度假區很大，佔地4000畝，吃飯需要去主樓，接駁車很方便。非常適合孩子玩，挖沙滑滑梯，卡丁車都有。外賣可以直接送到房間門口，酒店也有很多餐廳，附近農家樂也很多。經理王傑很服務很好，有求必應。

中秋錯峯出行，假期前一天13點抵達天目湖涵田度假村辦理入住。 根據酒店提前發的定位，順利抵達。車子停在地面車位裏。酒店非常人性化，定的房型還未清理出來就幫我們調整至榻榻米房，並告知了吃飯和酒店內的一些娛樂設施等等。最後由工作人員觀光車送我們到房間內，並叮囑出門前1-2分鐘就可以打觀光車的電話了。 剛進入房間，工作人員就送來了一次性馬桶套和浴缸套，非常好。孩子看了房間非常滿意。房間佈置、大小、設施等等都不錯。 因為當天下午很熱，我們打算晚上再去温泉，套餐內送的娛樂項目很多，我們第一個就去打卡室內卡丁車，時長6分鐘。 二樓有投籃、飛鏢、射箭、飛斧等項目，你沒聽錯，真的是飛斧，嚇死了，膽小的不敢玩。這些項目就夠玩好一會了，工作人員都很好，都會引導和幫助。 套票內還有擼貓體驗，因為室內味道大，人也多我們就被勸退了。 後面去了彈跳館，需要穿防滑襪進去，我們沒想着要帶，就花了20元買了2雙襪子。裏面人不多，玩的滿頭大汗。其他項目就沒時間去體驗了。 包含套餐的餐廳就在隔壁，非常近。上餐很快，二大一小根本吃不完。 吃飽喝足天黑了準備去温泉，報房間號，給了2個櫃子的鑰匙（不用錢也不用按金）。進去後換衣服要統一穿酒店的拖鞋，因為很防滑。繞來繞去一路上都有人指引，服務真是蠻周到的。終於看到温泉了，池子很多，錯峯的好處就是人也很好，可以一家人泡一個池子。興沖沖地去體驗額外收費的魚池（38元/位，孩子1.2以下免費）試了下本人並不喜歡被琢的感覺，坐在大石頭上不敢下去，好在服務員説讓我上去就行啦，並沒有強行收費。然後跟着孩子這個池那個池的泡，孩子最喜歡的就是有滑滑梯的池拉，玩的是最久的，孩子也是最多的。 套餐真是聚划算。酒店的服務和安排也是無可挑剔的！
