There are no lifts I was on a wheeler so had to get help everytime needed to get in or out. The room smelt damp and saw mold on carpets near the dresser. Could not shower as bath was too high for me to get into

Fair price for a place to lay your head. Rooms are dated & do need a wee refresher. But the room had what I needed a bed bathroom kettle wifi &tv.

Great location,clean comfortable and good value for money.Staff we’re very friendly helpful.Good breakfast,and free parking was a bonus.Would use again.

Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus. Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open. Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

Hotel is without lift. Have to lift up luggages up to level 3 ownself. Hotel do not provide free concierge. A luggae was charged at £3each to put at concierge.

我最近入住了這家酒店，整體體驗非常棒！特別值得一提的是，酒店樓下就有停車場，這對於自駕遊的旅客來說真的非常方便。 停車場就在酒店樓下，無需步行太遠，省去了很多麻煩。停車場的安全措施很好，讓我對車輛的安全感到放心。停車費用相對於其他地方來說也很合理，性價比高。酒店的工作人員非常友好，對於停車的問題都能提供良好的幫助 酒店的環境還不錯，但沒有電梯實在是個大問題。我們的房間在二樓，走上去真的很累。希望未來能考慮加裝電梯，這樣會更方便客人。 Mcdonald和KFC就在酒店對面，非常方便！無論是早上吃早餐還是晚上宵夜，都能迅速解決問題。

다른건 그나마 괜찮았는데 위치가 너무 멀었어요. 하필 비까지 와서 기차타러 가는데 고생을 많이 했어요. 기차역에서 숙소까지 걸어가면 기본 30분은 걸려요.

酒店位於海邊，離阿爾伯特碼頭很近，步行20分鐘可到James st火車站，步行15分鐘可到市中心、利物浦大教堂等好多景點，遊覽方便。暖氣給力，温度適宜，床舒適，窗户能打開，wifi好，就是桌面光線暗，如果添加個枱燈就更好。

Wonderfully located close to the city. Room was spacious with amazing views of the dock, Although basic supplied hair and body wash smells cheap would be OK in a pinch. Food in the restaurant was hot and appealing, staff very attentive. Was quite considering was a Saturday night. Have basic near reception from toothbrush and toothpaste to cans of drink etc. Over all very laid back and value for money

Nice place to stay in Liverpool. Liverpool Museum, Albert dock, Liverpool Eyes and the Beetles are at walking distance. Cross the road and you will have supermarkets and restaurants. You can walk to the city center and Cavern Center with pubs all along the streets. The room was spacious and kettle was provided. There are free parking facilities. Bring your car and head to Anfield stadium... YNWA... to complete your visit to Liverpool.

The hotel had only been taken over a week ago so lot of things still to be done training staff, upgrades etc. however they couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived in a hurry for a show and asked for a downstairs room. When we checked in later that’s what we had. Someone even carried our luggage to the room but then the cards didn’t work any of the doors so said that he would be available any time till the morning if we needed to go out and back in again. We would have used the bar service but it wasn’t available yet. Look forward to staying here again when visiting Liverpool. Loved the location
