Valoraciones de Liuzhou Grand Hotel

This hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it. This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor. The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. Overall a great place and super nice staff.

The staff was kind and helpful, especially 小胖. The location of the hotel was great. It’s within walking distances to the day market and musical water fountain show. It’s also connected to a mall. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. The only downside was the air conditioner that wasn’t cold. Maybe it’s winter so the airflow was just warm air.

Great location, a little dated, shower in a bathtub with a curtain where the shower head is really low, I hit my head on it a few times. Gym, washing machine facilities and restaurants are really quite good.

Love this golden key staff in this hotel that serves us and makes us feel so special. Special thanks to Qing Luni! Your service is excellent. The location is so convenient, eateries and shopping and the river is all close by. Will recommend to my friends.

200多塊錢在過年期間住到這種酒店，真的是性價比超級高！老牌酒店，略微有些陳舊但體驗感很好，工作人員服務都很好，管家楊彩娟也很熱情，主動送了小朋友拖鞋牙刷牙膏和水那些，樓下就是步行街，不遠就是青雲市場，晚上多晚都有吃的，來柳州住這裏真的沒錯！

地理位置沒得説，核心區域，周邊吃喝玩樂一條龍服務。設施是比較老舊了，畢竟是老牌四星級酒店，很多年了，但是保養很不錯。金鑰匙小胖的服務意識很強，也很到位。就是自助洗衣房的乾衣機和洗衣機都有些跟不上時代啦，速度很慢，還出包自動停止，衣服還濕漉漉的，壓根沒烘乾。結果一堆人排隊等着洗衣烘乾。希望自助洗衣房的洗衣機烘乾機能改進吧。

酒店所處位置很佳，就在步行街旁，去金魚巷，夜市，青雲市場，大華幹撈粉都在步行十分鐘左右，坐兩站公交即可到達馬鞍山，去谷埠市場也是兩站公交，酒店雖然有些年頭，設施偏舊，但非常安靜和乾淨，性價比相當高，我已經跟身邊想來的朋友推薦了。

位置很棒，五星步行街，青雲早市，柳州博物館，柳公祠，茶麩洗頭，均步行可達，房間也很寬敞，衞生和視野都好，和附近的全季相比，性價比槓槓的。特別要提的是服務態度很好，小胖服務親切。

非常滿意！此趟廣西全境自駕遊無意中選擇以柳州為最後一站，並以柳州賓館作為跨年棲身處。從入住酒店開始就感受到皇金管家胖小夥的熱情服務，拎包拖箱的，大感意外（在定酒店時看到有評論服務態度不好）。晚上逛街回來看到樓層管家小邱貼心地送來的水果和水，特別是手寫的一段話，感受到特別温暖。可以不誇張地説，柳州的美景給我們以驚艷，賓館的服務則進一步加深了我們的好感。👍

樓層管家邱連壽服務很好，送了果盤，熱情大方。退房遺漏了充電器，馬上給我打電話，因去機場時間來不及折返，還加了微信當天就快遞出來，不錯不錯。 另外三樓自助餐小火鍋也不錯，海鮮刺身酒水飲料都比較全，值得一吃。

四星老牌！地理位置優越！抱着試試的心態入住3天，由一進門口就有前枱工作人員幫我拿行李到房間，還不忘介紹本地旅遊的景點和好吃的東西，正巧趕上酒店更換電視機，65寸大電視不要太爽🤗進門一會房務員知道我要住幾天貼心送來了個晾衣架😘每晚還有水果送房間，這個價錢這服務也是太到位了管家服務也是非常不錯！有問必答有忙必幫！這次體驗真心非常好，果斷續住👍

房間設施不算新，商務酒店水平 但是地理位置非常便利，去青雲市場和北站夜市都步行可達，而且樓下就是五星商業步行街，星巴克喜茶也就在樓下 服務非常熱情，特別表揚小胖，非常貼心 去年就是住的這裏，今年再來依然選擇這裏

本來已有心理準備酒店老四星，設施會舊點，但想怎麼樣也是以柳州命名的，不會差到哪去，外部環境看着很豪華，但入住後走道上一股黴味，房間很大，但實在是太老舊了，20年前的裝修吧。地理位置優越，可惜了啊。服務態度還不錯。
