Premier Inn Lisburn

Excellent staff they were very welcoming all round we stayed over a week and was looked after well with good food and very good night sleep Working in Ireland wasn’t a toil as premiere inn made it easier for us hats up to the manager Elina and all her staff

Heard that the Premier Inn was taking bookings for outside diners again so I decided to ring to enquire about this however I rang twice on the evening of 17/01 and nobody answered. I found this level of customer service appalling and will be making a formal complaint to head office. This isn’t the type of service that I would expect from an established name such as Premier Inn.

Over the moon! I regularly came for breakfast before they closed to the public. I decided to chance getting breakfast in the hotel as I remember the waiter, Pat, mentioned that they may be reopened to the public from August! a lovely lady greeted me in with my family to walk in & have breakfast! So pleased it is open to the public again. Premier inn Lisburn, I have missed you!

Absolutely horrendous stay. Staff are extremely rude & unhelpful. Asked for extra pillows but the lady at reception with the blonde hair was so incredibly unhelpful. I asked 4 times for extra pillows and received none. Food tasted like it was straight out of the microwave. Staff seem clicky in their groups, I noticed them talking about each other instead of actually doing what they are paid to do. THEIR JOB!

The staff at Premier Inns and this one in particular are incredible. Their customer service is second to none. This and the hotel’s overall style and the famous comfortable bed made our stay really great. Don’t bother with the breakfast though. The restaurant is lovely but the food does not match the surroundings. £10.99 is steep for what we got

Stayed here on NYE, a night away from the chaos. Wanted to try the premium plus rooms. They are worth the extra couple of £!! Beautifully modern and stylish rooms! Shower perfect. A little bit of high level dusting had been missed but overall clean and well presented. Breakfast the next morning was a bit crazy as only one main member of staff running around serving, greeting and seating guests. Hot food took a while to come out and was warm but not hot. Hot water machine was broken so one kettle on bar area, not really enough as there were several groups in for breakfast at the same time. Had to ask for kettle to be filled and heard other guests asking as well. A few items from continental selection running very low. Needed more staff on for a busy shift Staff were all very friendly throughout the hotel
