空調水爆了，水簾洞一樣……整個下午斷水斷電斷空調。我勒個大草1500的酒店進去受罪沒有做出任何賠償。然後整個晚上空調都沒有涼下來。店員態度很好，但是設備及其差。關鍵是對於如此重大的影響商家視若無睹不建議大家入住

700多一間的房子，沒有紗窗，窗簾特別舊，特別破，床品品質非常差，上面還給鋪了一個臟呼呼呼的毯子，洗完澡躺在床上，渾身刺癢，實在忍受不了，服務員給送過來一瓶驅蟲噴霧，晚上睡覺完全不隔音，樓道里的吵鬧聲，馬路上的汽車響，房間還特別亮，有三個窗户沒有窗簾，地面是農村的洋灰低，廁所手盆洗澡間特別臟，大家可以看照片，能不住儘量不住，牆上特別臟，還修修補補的。沒有早餐，還告訴11點以後酒店就沒有服務了，總而言之一宿沒怎麼睡，孩子早起一身包。

酒店房間和價位不成正比，衞生真的太差，床上🈶️很多黑黑的東西，走一圈腳底都臟了，還有房間肯定沒有消毒，我們從梯田自駕到酒店，剛進房間就被什麼東西嗆到，隨後劇烈咳嗽，晚上大人喉嚨開始痛，孩子也是一直咳嗽，到了第二天孩子開始發燒40度，12小時吃了布洛芬和泰諾都退不下去，如果沒錯肯定病毒感染了，房間並沒有做過任何消毒！

整體感覺很一般，估計整個侗寨客棧水平都差不多。此次入住趕上一個突發情況，發現店家的應急處理能力亟待提升。當晚遊玩侗寨主街後約22:00回客棧，被告知突發情況停電了，而且也停水，需2小時左右才能恢復。當時客棧管理員給出兩種方案，一是讓已辦理入住的客户退房，另找客棧入住。二是摸黑等待沒有任何説法。當時在大堂看到至少有5波客户抹黑扛着行李，取消訂單走了。個人覺得如果當時店家站在遊客角度，主動提出給予一定折扣，讓遊客留下來，這樣一方面入住客户會感受好點。另一方面客棧自身經濟損失也沒有那麼大，因為這些人本身已經辦理入住了，所住房間也需打掃整理才能再次給新客户入住。

Very nice and lean property in a good and quiet location. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The only small thing that I wished we had was the ability to enjoy a cold beer in the beautiful balcony overlooking the rice field, especially after a long hot day venturing.

Location: The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings. Service: The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots. Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks! Amenities: Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water! Cleanliness: I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat. Highly recommended.

Good location just back from the busy part of town. Very helpful and friendly service. However, sound proofing is poor. Slept badly due to noises from different guests.

The hotel staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. The room was quite basic. We liked the loft area for our kids but wished we booked the Indigo instead although it’s further away from the entry point. We had to leave at 8am so only got a hard boiled egg for breakfast. It tries hard on the design front and I appreciate that.

Lovely place to stay in the village. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Cute and clean room with everything you need. Really enjoyed our time there!
