El hotel dispone de un aparcamiento subterráneo gratuito, que se puede conectar directamente con la habitación de la planta baja. Cuando llegamos al lobby, aunque estábamos recogiendo al equipo, todavía dimos prioridad a los que tenían niños y preguntamos por nuestras necesidades en el piso. La recepción fue rápida y considerada. Buscando una habitación porque no estoy familiarizado con el entorno, le pregunté al personal que pasó y puede tomar la iniciativa para llevarnos a la habitación. ¡Es genial! El desayuno es bastante rico, adecuado para las necesidades de todas las edades. Para el almuerzo y la cena, puede salir a comer a Qingshuiwan Food Street, o puede pedir comida en el restaurante del hotel. Podemos cocinar y comer en la habitación en la que vivimos. El hotel tiene un gran supermercado Lianhua Yougoo, donde se encuentran disponibles la mayoría de los alimentos frescos y las necesidades diarias. Para comprar, alquilamos un automóvil y nos dirigimos al vecindario para comprar mariscos y verduras para hacer nosotros mismos. Este hotel es muy adecuado para los niños, hay grandes piscinas, también hay piscinas de juegos para niños, hay parques de atracciones para niños bajo techo, etc. El hotel también tiene una playa privada. Es muy cómodo para adultos y niños jugar en el mar, ¡y la gente no se sentirá hacinada! ¡Es un gran lugar para vacacionar!

Very nice hotel , helpful staffs , lovely breakfast with Europe and Chinese cuisine from 07:00 AM till 10:30 AM . Beach in 1 min walk and many different pools for different ages. Best for family stay , everything was clean and nice . Recommend you guys !!!

Great Accommodation for families, lots to do and see & alot things to do for the kids, the biggest down fall would be communication, I suggest learning a few things, basic questions everyday meeting and greeting otherwise you'll struggle in this area.. don't always count on google translate to save the day cause it doesn't. Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well. Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price to have a relaxing holiday at a beautiful beach. There are lots of opportunities for water sports and children activities. Great breakfast choices.

Rooms are old. Choice of food for breakfast very small. But good beach and good territory with animals it is best what hotels has. I think price should be a bit cheaper for this hotel.

This is very good hotel for family! Location is nice but there are no restaurants near so it’s default also they need to improve English speaking staff

Hotel has very good surroundings and facilities , not all swimming pools are available , some things are still under renovation but in general it is acceptable .

When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

The second time we rested in this hotel. Very good location, quiet place, long beach.

Fantastic pool. Great kids water play area. Lovely big, clean rooms. Our ‘ocean view’ room did not have a view of the ocean. Very limited food, low quality food. Good supermarket on site. Nice beach.

We had a great time at the Aloha. The beach and pools were absolutely lovely. The real win was kindness shown by the manager, Carlos. The Aloha is a huge resort made up of more than one building. We originally booked a family suite which was in a different building from the main one. While there was nothing wrong with it, you definitely felt the difference. We spoke to the manager and he upgraded us to a suite in the main building that was obviously better renovated and it gave us a frontline sea view with jacuzzi bath on the balcony. Thank you, Carlos! A couple of things to consider, breakfast is mainly Chinese options and gets rather busy. And maybe we just didn't understand but we struggled with making our room cool enough. On the final day the air conditioner seemed to stop working. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Aloha for a lovely to time.

We had a great stay at the Aloha Resort. Breakfast was great, with many options, however not many western. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was amazing. Staff does not speak much English but is always available, kind and will sort any issues quickly. A special recognition to Carlos, the manager who was always available to answer questions, even arranged a birthday cake to my wife! We definitely want to go back!

Pros: -The room was really nice. Room cleanliness seems to be very important to the staff, and the cleaning staff members we encountered were all kind and warm. -The location was also pretty good. 2km each direction from food courts and 2km west to a nice beach park. -The wrap around pool was pretty nice, and offered spots in the sun, as well as the shade. Cons: -The hotel's beach was filthy. I understand there are fishing boats in the bay, but there was no effort whatsoever to clean it. -The hotel had 3 separate BBQ dinners poolside that guests couldn't attend, as they were private dinners. Not being able to use the main pool during main hours, and getting views/smells of the only decent looking food within 2km is laughably unaware. -The "All Day Restaurant" was apparently hardly meant for guests too, as the service plan there seemed to be to ignore the guests, and hopefully they would go away. -The Lobby Bar closed at 7 30pm, and the pool/beach bars seemed to be nonexistent. Hot pot restaurant was closed as well, but at least Zoo Coffee was open. -They had a really sad zoo we hadn't realized was on the grounds. A lone neglected ostrich in a small enclosure with no greenery, as well as a few peacocks nextdoor. It was plain depressing. There's no point in housing a creature which you plan to neglect. Overall: A decent stay, saved by the great room that beats the rooms you can get in Yalong Bay. Next time we'll probably stay in one of the apartment hotel suites directly behind the beach park that's very well kept.
