Love it there

Property was fairly clean except for the mini split ac which was disgusting and should have been replaced 10 years ago.

The bathroom tub was in poor condition with rust stains and what appeared to be dog hair. This hotel allows pets on all floors. The bed was okay. The floor tile was sticky.

Our room had used products in the shower from the previous guests, black rings in the corners of the shower that the cleaning guy said was just normal. When we got there 2 hours after our check in time this is what we walked into. When asking for another room and expressing our concerns I was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. Well if that didn’t set me off after driving 4 hours to get to a filthy room. I also watched an elderly couple leave after being moved to 3 different rooms because of the filth. The last straw for them was when they walked into the third room and the bed looked as though someone just got out of it. The staff at the desk were completely unaware that their rooms had never been cleaned by the guy who stood right there telling them they were. The pool was “out of order” my guess would be because no one there would clean it. Just a completely awful experience in whole. I do NOT recommend this place Ever.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and it was okay. We arrived early in the morning around 2:30 am, with 45 degree weather and rain. Checkin wasn’t a problem, except the gentleman at the front desk said there was $45 accidental fee, which is low so not complaining about that, but I was actually charged $50. They should just be mindful of what they are telling guests. When we got into the room we could see crumbs underneath the bed, no trash bag in the trash can and there was no comforter on the bed, just a sheet. We checked closets and drawers and there was none. We were exhausted and just went to sleep. The shower had nice water pressure, but the water was warm. Wouldn’t get hot. Afterwards, we went to see what they offered for breakfast, coffee and items you could heat up in a microwave. On the way out, we asked the front desk to ask for a comforter, the attendant was kind enough to put it in our room. When we returned, we noticed there was a stain on the comforter. We decided not to use it. While we were there we noticed signs of upcoming renovations, and everything started to make sense. The location wasn’t bad for what we needed it for, but there weren’t many places to eat worth eating. This location is good for a couple of nights, but nothing longer. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this location.

The room was really dirty. Mold in bathroom. Stuff left by previous guest was still there. The lights above kitchen table did not work and staff could not find a solution. No breakfast but they have a coffee station but no milk or cream, Just powder. The corridors were not cleaned. Finally, there was very little cutlery.

The room was relatively clean. The AC unit was broken and old. You could see trash from previous years. Calvin was great. He explained how he just started but did go out of his way to accommodate simple things, like clean rags and towels. The workout equipment is beyond old. One flat bench (adjustable), an old universal lifting unit that has to be from the early 1990’s. With only 2 cardio machines. With the Military personnel that frequently stay there, there needs to be more of a conscious investment in this area of the property.
