The kitchen is fully equipped, the common areas provide an ideal setting for making memories. Within the community, this stunning abode offers 2100 ft of frontage on the tranquil Ducktrap River, access to tennis courts & a swimming pool. The home is Conveniently located near Lincolnville Beach & Camden. Experience your own slice of paradise, where relaxation & rejuvenation await.
The space
Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this entire home, which can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed and private bath in Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2), 2 twin beds and a shared bath in Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2), a full bed and twin bed with shared bath in Bedroom 3 (sleeps 3), and a queen bed in the common area basement living room (sleeps 2).
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including dishes, glassware, a standard drip coffee maker, and mugs. We strive to make your stay feel like a home away from home, so we provide all towels and linens, a variety of tea, and cooking basics. We also provide toilet paper, paper towel rolls, liquid soap at all sinks, pool/beach towels, a cooler, tennis racquets, and a lobster pot.
The outdoor space includes a deck with a grill and all necessary grilling utensils, a covered patio, and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Come and enjoy a memorable stay with your friends, family, or colleagues in this inviting home.

Located within a small, private community, you will have access to an outdoor pool complete with luxurious lounges and sitting areas, as well as a pool house that promises hours of enjoyment.

Nice property. Granddaughter loved the pool and tennis/pickleball court. Disappointing no bathroom on lower level where two of the bedrooms are. Good kitchen for cooking but needs organizing and is lacking in adequate equipment (for example, no mid size saucepan). Very helpful and responsive property manager! Wi-Fi worked well.
