shower handle mount was broke and hard to shower due to not having shower mounted. I mentioned it to front office.

Clean and friendly staff. They went above & beyond for us. Our team had to leave super early & they opened breakfast early for them. I even had an issue with an ice machine & the friendly maintenance man was right there to help me out.

The place was never really clean. The floors were never vacuumed for the entire week that I stayed there. I never received the notice that they only come 1 time every 3 days to clean unless you ask them to come more frequently, so leaving and coming back to a dirty room was irritating...not to mention that when I did ask for clean towels, I had to go downstairs and get them myself, only to find them sitting on the unsanitary counter by the cash register.
Why would I put a towel/rag on my face when it's been out for people to cough on in the most frequented space in the whole hotel, by the front door? I will never stay here again.

I booked two rooms. One room wreaked of mildew. Since we were only staying one night we worked through that ourselves. Our other room had no hot water for a single shower.
The breakfast was decent.
Price was good for our needs.

The old abandoned (?) hotels in the same vicinity are a sketchy! Holiday Inn itself was very nice. Nice staff.

College football weekend so we paid a premium price . There were not enough guest bath towels and when we asked housekeeping they said they were out of towels . There was no soap in the dispenser and the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor . The water stunk from the shower head and the shower head was broken . I understand the understaffing issues we face now . But we were extremely disappointed.

Room was dirty. (Spots, splatters, nastiness on walls) Half of the electric outlets did not work. Room was cold and heat did not want to come on like it should.
