The place was clean.The location was ideal for us as we needed to attend a wedding nearby. It was good for the price we paid

Avoid this place. It stinks and it’s unsafe. You need a face mask to fly later the gross air. Not fit for purpose and they have people living there with cats and dogs. And people smoking and cigarette butts all over.

Great value for money in a local motel. Neat and clean, hot shower with toiletries and hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, plenty of free parking.

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Easy check in. Plenty of parking space. Room was basic but clean. Insulation of the room was not good. It was cold as we can feel the cold air entering the room from the window and door edges. Heater wasn’t functioning. Easy check out. Location ok. Not worth for the price we paid.

Amazing location an value

The photos on there site show a pool, we got there the pool has weeds growing out of it . Very disappointed and the Beds are very hard as well. The restaurant has closed down as well. The room was clean but know room service so your on your own if you run out of tea and coffee. Thank god we had a microwave so we could still eat.

Room is clean but needing some cleaning on bathroom doors and maybe bleaching on floors. A bit old but quiet & convenient.

We were shown much kindness and understanding during our stay. Which given our circumstances that led us to being there, was quite a relief. The dogs enjoyed the stay and it was very relaxed all round

Good and clean room. Built for cars but there is also a bus stop nearby (every hour or so) for travel onto the Yarra Valley vineyards and wineries.

Location: Can be tricky to find the first time as you need to turn onto Cyril Street. Look across the road for the white building with red writing. Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash. Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised. Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it. Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great
