I visited with my partner for 2 nights -- overall we had an excellent experience staying at Yintang. The service was excellent and definitely the highlight of the stay. 小王 was very helpful in meeting us to take our luggage to the room, getting our luggage to the taxi upon our departure, and answering any and all questions we had about things to do in the area. He even took his time to walk with us down the hill to Shuhe old town and give some recommendations on places to check out. The rest of the staff was also extremely accommodating, friendly, and made us feel at home.
The facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and also healthy -- a great way to start each day. Overall we would definitely recommend staying at Yintang if you are looking to spend a relaxing few days around Shuhe/Lijiang. Would 100% stay here again given the chance!

Excellent stay experience. We love everything about Yintang. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially 小王 who went the extra mile to ensure we got everything we needed. They provided decent breakfast, afternoon tea and night time snacks. They helped us organize our airport transfer and day tour.
The location is perfect as it’s only a few mins walk to the old town. We highly recommend staying at Shuhe old town as it’s much quieter and less commercialized.
What delighted me the most is Dyson hairdryer. What a nice surprise!
Overall we highly recommend Yintang to everyone!

Room was comfortable and clean. Service was great. Shuhe is a small town, as this hotel is on a hillside, it’s a quick and painless 3-4 minute walk.
WiFi could be better.

Initially was hard to arrive by car. All the staff could not have been more helpful and always willing to go out of their way to make the stay special. On foot the location has easy access to shuhe old town. Room has great amenities however the shower head for the bath was broken.

員工的服務態度都特別好，火車晚點了半夜小王出來接的，幫拿東西到屋，到店當晚給我們介紹景點和注意事項，面面俱到。平時有什麼需要都可以和工作人員説，因為外出趕時間洗衣服都是工作人員幫洗好哄幹送進屋子裡，知道要早走小蘭還給我們準備了路上的早點送到屋子裡。下山去小張怕我們不認識帶我們下山，看我們東西多阿布還跑過來幫拿東西送上車，還有很多不熟的人都特別熱情。院裏還有好多小兔子門口有大鵝，店裡有衹胖柯基特別好玩。房間開窗就能看見遠處大山和山下小鎮，院裏有泳池上邊有個透明船，可以拍照邊上有躺椅下午晚上都有下午茶和夜宵可以送到房間裏，早餐也很好吃。
總之住在這裡有種回家的感覺，很温馨，非常推薦，下次還會再來！！

第一服務：沒説的，超五星級服務，首先下訂單之後，店長大波馬上和我們聯繫，並建立一個服務團隊，由小王直接對接，到了之後，店員們都很積極主動幫我們把行李拿到樓上，首先很感謝店長幫我們升級了房間早上躺在床上可以看日出超爽👍，再次很感謝小王親自帶我們到古鎮遊玩邊走還邊講解，完全是一個合格的導遊😊酒店的早餐很有營養，下午茶都很好吃，還有晚安甜點（都有圖片見證哦）還有這裏的咖啡好喝哦（隨便喝）美女小何幫我做了幾次咖啡拉的花相當漂亮哦，下午還可以燒烤哦，阿布幫擺好我還參與一起做哈哈好開心😘個個工作人員有求必應笑臉迎接服務周到，來到這裏就像一個大家庭，開心又温暖，一句話超讚，真正感覺到了五星級的服務👍🌹🌹
第二設施：新開的酒店，設備都很新，智能馬桶，網紅的游泳池都很贊等等
第三衞生：乾淨整潔，每天都有人打掃
第四環境：離古城很近，5分鐘到達，吃的周圍也很豐富，酒店在半山腰，空氣相當好，安靜，適合休閑度假

很滿意，音糖環境特別好，服務也特別好，雖然是民宿但是各方面做的都很到位，比很多五星品牌酒店都棒，我個人認為他家可以説是麗思卡爾頓的平替~訂完房間，還沒到麗江，提前一天管家就加微信聯繫我們了，告訴行程怎麼走，遊玩攻略等等……雖然他們家位置是在束河古鎮半山，但是交通特別方便，可以將車子直接開到門口，管家會出來幫忙拿行李到房間，是真的很享受，因為行程原因就住了一晚上，好想關掉手機在這樣的民宿好好的待上個10來天，真的有種與世隔絕的感受，太安逸了，很遺憾比較晚到沒有體驗到免費的下午茶，還有手沖咖啡體驗，但是民宿細心的幫我們做了2份晚安甜湯送到房間，超級喜歡！！還有一點超級滿意的就是他們家的早餐，早餐品類超多，麗江特色菜搭配了飲品和水果，味道和顏值都很不錯，就餐環境也挺好，下次閑暇之餘肯定找時間在他們家好好住上幾天……

音糖在束河古鎮西面山上，車可以開到店門口，從小路下到古鎮衹要5分鐘左右，店裡的小管家會一路護送的……出門叫車也很方便。
房間裏水果、鮮花、香氛、山泉水、迷你吧一應俱全，躺在床上可以看白雲，看日出～
院子裏步步是景，安靜舒適。
最值得説説的還是服務，還沒到店就建了一個專屬的微信羣，細心的提醒到高原的注意事項，安排接機車輛。車到時專屬管家小張已在門口等候，幫忙辦理入往，介紹店裡環境，每天早餐、下午茶、圍爐烤茶、晚安甜湯都盡心安排妥當。店裡每個小朋友都很友善，在音糖度過了美妙的三天～
有機會一定再來！
