"Mala experiencia con las camas de cama. No recomiendo el Hotel Triumf. Durante nuestra estadía, nos encontramos con una infestación de camas de cama en nuestra habitación. Cuando llegó, la habitación parecía limpia, pero una vez cayó la noche, comenzaron a aparecer punasas de cama, incluso en la cama de mis hijos. Tomé un video de las punas y lo mostré al gerente del hotel, que insistió que sólo eran mosquitos y que su presencia era debido a que comíamos en la habitación, lo que no es exacto. A pesar de la evidencia de la infestación, el gerente se negó a aceptar la situación y se quedó en la defensa. Después de un largo debate, decidió devolvernos, pero también exigió que dejamos el hotel a las 1:30 de la mañana, con nuestros tres niños. Fuimos obligados a partir en la noche, lo que era muy incómodo y estresante. Esta experiencia ha sido extremadamente desagradable y la falta de reactividad y profesionalismo por parte de la dirección es alarmante. Recomiendo encarecidamente que se evite este hotel, porque parece que no quiere asumir sus responsabilidades en materia de limpieza y servicio al cliente. Como viajeros, debemos ser conscientes de estos posibles problemas."

"My stay was marked by difficulties and inconsistencies from the moment I arrived, when my client's reservation couldn't be found. It took me about 40 minutes to realize the reservation actually existed, and another 30 to get my passport returned, since the hotel retains the document until checkout, but not mine. My client then made a second mistake by choosing half-board, which meant that on Monday evening, for dinner, I was fortunate enough to enjoy a buffet whose main courses were soup—and, wait for it, chicken wings. On Tuesday, dinner was served, and I enjoyed soup and grilled chicken breast. Finally, on Wednesday, another buffet with pasta with cream and ham, and guess what... chicken legs. In three days, I was fortunate enough to try every cut available. Now, let's move on to the room; I was given one on the seventh and top floor, which doesn't have an elevator, but no big deal, I thought; it goes all the way to the sixth. It's a shame that the one that goes to the sixth floor has been out of order on more than one occasion, and the other goes all the way to the fourth. In the room, the usual leaflet with rules, penalties for losing the key, and other things, including the requirement for a staff inspection before leaving the hotel and receiving the document. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:00: I go to breakfast at 7:31 since a driver would pick me up later, and I'm told that breakfast is from 8:00 onwards. I point out that the room has something else written on it, and breakfast is served in about ten minutes. In three days, the room has never been made up; no one has come in to change towels (which, as stated, is done daily), to do a little cleaning or check if soap, shampoo, or toilet paper needs replenishing, perhaps because, without a roll holder, they wouldn't know where to put it. There's a desk opposite the bed where you can put your laptop, but if you want to charge it, the only available outlet is behind the refrigerator, which you'll have to remove from the cabinet to plug it in. I feel sorry for the staff, who, except for the person I checked in with, were helpful and empathetic, but I don't think I'll be staying here again."
