Pasamos dos noches en este hotel. Es conveniente caminar al tren, al castillo y al centro de la ciudad. No nos disfrutamos de desayuno ni de uso de ninguna comodidad. Nos disfrutamos caminando por el río en la mañana y comiendo comida italiana justo por el puente cubierto. Espero que mi revisión haya ayudado a hacer una elección de hotel.

This is a solid 4 star hotel that is perfect for a few days skiing in the 4-vallées region: Pros: • comfortable and spacious rooms with very nice bathrooms • close to main ski lift so that can be on gondola within 5 mins of leaving hotel • Close to all restaurants etc that Nendaz has to offer • Nice breakfast included • Nice spa (free for hotel guests) Cons: • Swiss prices !!!! • not ski-in/out • hotel doesn’t have much of an atmosphere • boot and ski room accessed via car parking area which is not very pleasant • Spa can get full of non-hotel guests(paying guests) All-in-all this is a great location if you want to ski the 4-vallees area (but don’t fancy Verbier). The hotel is fine although it wouldn’t warrant a premium price over other local options.

La calidad de este hotel supera nuestra expectativa. La habitación es muy espaciosa con buenas instalaciones y hermosas vistas desde el balcón. La comida servida en el desayuno es excelente y nos disfrutamos de una cena en la terraza exterior con aire fresco y vistas fantásticas. El hotel está situado en el centro de la aldea, con restaurantes y tiendas a pocos pasos. También nos disfrutamos del jacuzzi y es tan grande como una pequeña piscina interior. El personal es muy amable y útil. Tuvimos la oportunidad de reunirnos y hablar con el nuevo propietario que ha hecho mucho esfuerzo para hacerlo una propiedad de escala superior, mientras que todavía cobramos precios muy razonables. Aquí, en el centro de la ciudad, se puede encontrar un hotel con una buena calidad de servicio.

Después de un tiempo otra estancia en otro Moxi por Marriott. Esta en los Alpes suizos - atractiva para los nomads digitales también, vio un montón de ellos. Me gusta el interior, cada vez individual al hueso. Refrescando.

Muy bonito hotel y ideal también con niños. Entrada en el baño térmico estaba incluido el día de llegada y salida. Excelente!

We stayed at the W in Verbier for one week. The hotel met all of my expectations. The location is perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the gondola. Shout out to Nikko in the ski storage area, he was super nice and informative and he saved the day when the main gondola shut down for half a day. Got us a shuttle to different area of mountain to find a lift! I was worried about the room being large enough for 2 people for a week with all of our luggage, but that was not an issue whatsoever... and we were in a basic fabulous room. Plenty of room, fireplace, stand alone tub, balcony... The bar was spacious and Nikki was the most fun and outgoing bartender!! He had great stories and great cocktails! The concierge were amazing, made us reservations for every night we were there and they were right on! The shuttle is also convenient if you don't want to walk, but we still walked most nights. I highly recommend booking a ski guide for at least half a day if you have not skied the mountain. It was very informative and helped tremendously for the remaining few days. You can charge it to your room and they meet you in the ski locker. My only complaint was the house cleaning service, they came later and later as the week went on and one day they were still in our room at 5:30pm... we finally had to ask her to leave so we could get ready for dinner. Overall it was a fantastic trip, highly recommend.

Our recent stay at Villars Palace, while punctuated by several positive aspects, unfortunately proved to be a bad experience marred by very serious issues. Positive Aspects: Friendly Staff: The majority of the staff, including Zoe at Concierge, Daniil who helped us with check-in, the receptionists, and the luggage assistance team, were kind and greeted us with smiles. Breathtaking Views: The views from the reception, the Bar, and the 1913 restaurant were truly breathtaking, contributing to a pleasant ambiance within the hotel. Modern Renovation: The hotel has undergone a commendable renovation, presenting a modern and updated feel in most areas. Spacious Junior Suite: Our Junior Suite was generously spacious, featuring two separate bathrooms for added convenience. Quality Amenities: The towels, bathrobes, and slippers provided were of high quality, contributing positively to our overall comfort. Excellent Spa Treatment: The spa treatment my wife received was excellent, showcasing a commendable aspect of the hotel's services. Good Breakfast: The breakfast was satisfying and at 5-star standards, providing a positive start to our days. Convenient Origins Bar: The Origins Bar, offering free soft drinks and a coffee machine, was conveniently located near our room, proving to be a practical amenity. Issues Encountered: Hygiene: We found several pieces of hair in our bed upon entering the room, an issue that should never be overlooked in a reputable hotel. Security Concerns: When we returned to the hotel on the second day, we found our door wide open, and the room card missing, posing a serious security risk to our belongings. Technical Issues: Both heaters in our room didn't work, leading to multiple calls to the reception and a prolonged visit from a technician. Miserable Christmas Eve Dinner: The Christmas Eve dinner lacked festive elements, including decoration, appropriate lighting, and suitable music. The buffet lacked essential options like beef, pork, and vegetables. Poor Food Quality at the Bar: Overpriced food with subpar quality at the Bar, exemplified by my wife's untouched Caesar's salad due to dry and overcooked chicken. Lack of Apology Gesture: Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the reception, we only received reassurances that future occurrences would be prevented. 2-hour Delay for Room Service: On our last day and after receiving the aforementioned reassurances, our room service order experienced a huge delay, taking exactly 2 hours to arrive. In conclusion, while we appreciate the positive aspects of our stay, the serious issues we encountered, coupled with the lack of acknowledgment from the hotel, overshadow everything. Spending almost 3,000 Euros for a 3-day stay, we expected a premium experience but were met with a very problematic stay. Any promises of a better experience in the future hold little value, as a trip to Switzerland is not so easy for us, and our next visit would likely involve exploring other intere
