Staff was super friendly, location is amazing and room was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and very prompt. When we had issues with our heating, the staff immediately contacted the technician to resolve the issue.
We got the loft room as we are a family of 4, including 2 young children. We love the room as it is spacious with an amazing view of the entire village.
Will definitely highly recommend anyone to stay here for the great location and top notch service.

Hotel renovated in a nicely modern way in a wonderful village. Our room was on the seventh floor, climbing the stairs was worth it for the incredible view of the entire village that could be seen from the two large windows of the room, comfortable bed and other amenities worth 5 stars. But the best thing about our stay was the staff who were very kind and efficient throughout our stay and during the transfers by picking us up from the train station and taking care of our luggage. A special thanks to Xiao Jin who, despite the language barrier, always managed to communicate with us and offer us all kinds of sincere help!

Very nice room with AMAZING view. You can see the whole village from the balcony. Our butler (Ah Hua) is the best. He is a very nice person and willing to help you everything you ask for. Before arriving, he communicated with our driver to take us to the right spot (Entrance) and once we arrived he was waiting for greeting us at the parking lot and took care all our luggages. He also recommended sightseeing spots and restaurant (foods that you should try here).

很完美的一次體驗！
服務:前台小哥很熱心的提前加好了微信，然後早早的來到大巴站迎接，一路幫忙把行李搬運到民宿，後面又主動幫忙送到車站，這點絕對五星好評，為不識路的遊客和攜帶大件行李不便爬山的乘客簡直是太友好了。
設施:房間在半山腰上，視野絕佳，下樓就是風雨橋的景點，店家給直接升級了景色更好的陽台房。當夜幕降臨時，喝點小酒站在陽台上俯瞰苗寨的繁華夜色，獨自享受內心的寧靜。
早餐:第二天品嚐了酒店的特色米粉早餐，還有來自斯里蘭卡的果茶很喜歡，臨走時店家還又送了幾包體驗。
雖然小店裝潢不如五星酒店，但是住在這裏絕對是西江苗寨的正確打開方式，感受着店家的熱情和接單的熱鬧，給自己一個遠離城市真正放鬆的假期。

全天候管家服務:非常棒。訂房後很快有客房管家聯繫，詳細告知相關注意事項；所有問題都能及時給予解答；入寨時到寨門口接，出寨時送至寨門外，全程幫忙提行李。
服務：非常好。免費給升級了景觀房，夜景基本可平替觀景台；苗葯足浴和晚間甜點都很棒。
環境：酒店位置在四號橋附近，去各處都很方便。
衞生、設施：衞生條件良好，設施齊全。
