A special thank you to 阿穆，小阅 and the team for kindly helping us carry our heavy and bulky luggage throughout our stay. We really appreciated how patient they were in answering all our questions, and they even helped us order food and sort out anything we needed. The stairs in Xijiang were honestly exhausting every day, but coming back to such a comfortable room made it all feel worth it. *The 270-degree corner room really hits different—so much natural light, and incredibly comfortable!

This hotel offers one of the most stunning views of the entire Miao Village — sunrise, sunset, and night views are all breathtaking. Truly magical. The hotel is located at Guan Jing Tai (Viewpoint Terrace). Be prepared for a bit of walking from the sightseeing bus station, or if you enter from Bridge No. 5, it will be an uphill climb. But the moment you reach the hotel, you’ll understand that the view is absolutely worth the effort. Room amenities are tip-top. Everything is well-maintained, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Service is exceptionally good. Special mention to 小云, who made our stay so warm and memorable. He welcomed us at the West Gate, helped carry heavy luggage up the hill, and the team even prepared a welcome drink, afternoon tea set, supper drink, breakfast, and a little farewell souvenir. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the stay. Some people say the Miao Village becomes boring after the day crowd leaves, but that’s only because they don’t stay overnight here. Staying at this hotel lets you experience the true beauty and tranquility of the village. Highly recommended — come for the view, stay for the experience

I’m very impressed with the service from all the staff . All of the staff are very helpful friendly n customer orientated the owner had really trained their staff well. I had 3 elderly travelling with me and I fretted for not packing lighter bags as I figured from reviews there were many steps to the hotel. However when I communicate with the hotel , they kindly had 2 young butler to meet us at the ticket booth at the scenic entrance. They assisted with the ticket purchase ,recommended places to eat n helped me booked the ticket to watch the cultural show . They helped us carry our luggage’s to the bus and also carried to the hotel. I am so glad. The hotel maybe a little taxing for elderly as steps are quite many , but I assure the view is one of the best n the rooms we booked were very nicely decorated n really comfortable. Highly recommended

酒店位置絕佳，躺看苗寨夜景，管家小閲和阿維服務到位，隨叫隨到，還給我們升級成了家庭房，酒店設施乾淨高級，洗護用品是帕爾瑪之水，酒店內的花藝很有品味，深得我心，晚上還有駐唱，唱得不錯哦，在陽台上看着美景，聽着歌，甚是享受😎

在酒店的體驗拉高了整個在景區的體驗，窗景非常非常好，除了要走幾分鐘樓梯外沒有缺點（三分鐘聽起來很近實際走起來像跑了六百米，腿腳很不便的話慎選），行李也不用自己提（管家小勇真的幫了很多忙，幫我們省了很多力氣非常感謝，性格也很好，羣裏的另一個官號的工作人員回訊息也很快，還給我借了小工具修項鍊），早餐也挺不錯，是用託盤單獨上的沒有吃到變冷的食物的風險，量挺大。這次在酒店的時間比在景區的時間久，但也挺充實的，有下午茶和蠟染晚上還送來了一個什麼植物，光在陽台看風景就呆了好久，走時還帶走了自己染的手帕和送的伴手禮（好喜歡小貓抱魚的掛件已經掛上了），價格是蠻高的但這些體驗感覺也值回票價了。最喜歡清晨的景色，可以早起拍拍照多看看，半上午的時候外面熱了再睡回籠覺。 閲│西門檢票口行李接送服務:夯爆了，不僅是省力，不用自己坐車找路也很省精力 閲│全景下午茶套餐:拍着很好看，擺拍神器 閲│歡享軟飲:冰箱好像不是很冰，但是小零食有點好吃

環境：酒店位置不錯，可以看到苗寨全景，閑暇坐在露台上放鬆下來看看景，自在。 設施：酒店房間用品講究，科勒衞浴，戴森吹風機，帕爾瑪之水，馬歇爾音響，冰箱免費的軟飲，小資，很不錯。 服務：管家阿穆協同店裡小夥伴到檢票口接送我們，讓我們能輕鬆出入景區，入住期間也有求必應，及時回覆，點贊～ 衞生：房間內乾淨整潔，清爽，在悶熱的天氣裏完全感覺不到潮氣，足以感受到酒店的用心，點贊點贊～

五星好評給到展閲民宿！管家阿穆服務特別貼心，從入住指引到遊玩建議都安排得面面俱到，十分省心。民宿環境安靜整潔，地理位置優越，整體居住感受特別好。工作人員態度温和，各項細節都做得很到位，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，強烈推薦。

房間視野絕佳，陽台可完整俯瞰整片吊腳樓，不用擠觀景台就能飽覽絕美景色。誇讚管家阿穆，貼心又靠譜，主動幫忙搬運行李，細緻講解遊玩路線，遇到問題總能快速妥善解決。客房乾淨整潔，入住舒心，強烈推薦！

設施：民宿整體的設施都很新。 衞生：衞生情況很好。 環境：民宿的地理位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，晚上可以看到西江千户苗寨的夜景，實在太讚了。 服務：最要誇的就是服務，提前會跟我們溝通預計抵達的時間，會提前到門口等我們，我們的行李實在太多了，會幫我們接行李，讓我們不用拎着行李走很長的路，還幫我們觀光車帶路，不用我們走冤枉路，這一點在千户苗寨實在太重要了，看着路上很多人都拿着行李自己提，感覺我們實在太幸福了。

房間古樸雅緻，乾淨整潔，洗護生活用品都是品牌，一應俱全。地處半山腰，陽台就能看到觀景台的苗寨景觀。管家小勇，很勤快的小帥哥，熱情周到，有求必應，早餐和下午茶都幫我們端到四樓享用。愉快的入住體驗，希望你們越來越好！

第一次非常主動的想打個全五星好評，服務周到，會有管家很早就在西門檢票口迎接，房間乾淨衞生，景觀絕佳 ，床墊枕頭都很舒適，是旅行一週以來難得的躺下就能睡着，早餐很好吃，米粉絕了 ，下午茶也很奈斯，離開酒店已經晚上十點多了，貼心的管家還會把行李送到西門檢票口，孩子們説這旅行以來最喜歡的一家酒店 ，超讚

環境：酒店位置非常獨特 可以説獨佔全寨最好最中心的位置了…不管是大堂還是房間陽台都可以俯瞰整個苗寨風景 下雨的時候在房間裏喝喝茶 看看風景真的很享受。房間設施很齊全 很乾凈 有音響設備 服務：特別説一下他家服務，真的非常貼心，全程接送幫忙拿行李，挺辛苦店裡的小夥子們了，特別感謝管家小勇，入住前 期間和退房後一直非常周到細緻的工作。也有給推薦下面的餐廳🍴，路線等等，總之很細緻。酒店早餐也很不錯👍豐富,細節滿滿。 以後有機會還會住到這裏，也會推薦給想來的盆友.

這次帶爸媽居住很滿意，一進檢票口管家小盧和阿木就來接我們了，很熱情全程幫我們拿行李，還給我們介紹了詳細的苗寨遊玩攻略，中間還玩了蠟染和穿民族服飾，前台小姐姐很會拍照。下午茶和早餐都味道很正，而且適合擺拍。 房間的設計看的出花了很多心思。苗寨外部環境很嘈雜，商業味很重，但是一進酒店房間就讓人感到很輕鬆愉悦，想在裏面呆一整天看看山景發發呆。 酒店大堂有一個很美的大露台可以俯瞰苗寨全景，預算夠的友友放心訂這家酒店，可以讓苗寨之旅變的很省心和愉悦。

這次入住經歷非常滿意！酒店提前一天就微信聯繫，告知入住訊息，並安排了管家阿穆全程對接服務，幫拿行李，介紹遊玩路線，推薦餐廳，很是熱情貼心。 酒店自帶的觀景平台視野非常棒，裝修設計風格很雅緻，贈送的下午茶實在精緻，房間裏還有觀景陽台，在酒店就可以盡賞苗寨美景。衞生也讓人放心，一看老闆是有踏踏實實做精品民宿情懷的。
