Lindas habitaciones con equipamiento sencillo pero grande y limpio. Desayuno minimalista pero suficiente para el precio. Hay poco para hacer. La televisión debería conectarse a Internet por lo tanto sólo 2 canales porque la conexión no ha funcionado. Muy alto en la casa, ya que albergue juvenil. La obligación de mascar no se aplica, eso nos ha perturbado enormemente.

El hotelbis no está equipado después de las 8:00 sin enviar ni ninguna indicación de cómo llegar tarde. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, pero no se llevó a limpiar ni la cama durante mi estancia. La ubicación es buena, pero se prevén 20 a 30 minutos para conseguir un taxi.

4 of us had two rooms for one night for the football. The hotel is in an amazing location, close to the train station and main square including pubs. Staff were very friendly and rooms are fantastic. For the money paid it was a great option. Rooms are modern and fresh with great bathrooms. If ever back in Leipzig we will be sure to stay again.

Siamo arrivati in ritardo causa un spiacevole disguido e una grossa bugia da parte dell' accompagnatrice di gruppo al titolare dell'hotel. Era meglio la cruda verità e l'ammissione da parte dell'assistente della propria incompetenza.. Nonostante tutto, il titolare è stato cordiale, a mio parere troppo, così come la famiglia e la guida della città. Ho avuto cena tedesca (come poche) e varia, camera spaziosa e fresca. Colazione superlativa. Se tornassi, sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel. Arrivederci dal Friuli Venezia Giulia. Lucia Floreani

Buena ubicación cerca de la ciudad y paradas de tranvía. Las habitaciones fueron muy grandes. El personal fue muy útil con consejos sobre tranvías, etc para visitar las vistas. La sala de gimnasia también era buena. El desayuno era agradable con una amplia selección

This place is a joke. First, try to find it. Signage is less than minimal. Hopefully, you can figure it out with others who already have or who are also searching for the place. Next, take a nondescript elevator to the 6th floor. If you come after the sun goes down, note that the lobby with the elevator is quick dark, very poorly lit. Get off the 6th floor and turn right. If you come at check in time, be prepared for the line of over a dozen others waiting to check in. They will not check in anyone before three. Nope. Won’t do it. After a half hour, we were directed to our room on the third floor, right above the intersection. Great view from a large window facing the university and Old Town directly to the west, but ah, these are the two big problems. First, the noise of trams, trucks, and then every ambulance in the city must be required to pass through this intersection! Second, summer heat makes the room an oven. One window will open a bit, maybe 10 cm, but don’t get your hopes up for much natural air. We figured the noise would eventually die down, but it didn’t, especially ambulances on a Saturday night. So eventually we closed the window and curtains. That helped contain the noise but then the heat hit us. We failed to find much sleep in our sweat. Ah, but the air conditioner! Try as we might, we failed to get the A/C to work, nor any fan for ventilation! About daylight, we finally slept, only to miss our planned Bach Festival event that morning. Groggily, we tried to get to the reception desk to discuss this issue, but, mind you, the elevator up to the reception does not stop at the third floor. Only down. So this senior citizen had to take the first of four climbs up those stairs to reception on the 6th floor. I asked for a refund for the second scheduled night. It was refused. “We can’t do that. Only Expedia can. You need to call them.” Also, “You can’t get air conditioning in your room because there is none. Hotels in Germany don’t have air conditioning.” And portable fans are not provided either apparently. I called Expedia. They said that, of course, the hotel can refund the payment for the night. Expedia called the hotel. Then spoke with me I returned up the four flights of steps to get my refund. Nope. They refused to refund. But they did provide another room that did not face the street. Ok. We took it. They even provided a bottle of wine, and we slept well that second night. The next morning at check out, the manager asked why we hadn’t turned on the air conditioning…and of course, Germany has air conditioning. And no, the hotel would not be able to refund an unused night as requested. We loved Leipzig! But beware of this joke of a place.

Desde la ubicación absolutamente central frente a la estación principal de tren y no muy lejos de la terminal de autobuses de larga distancia hasta la recepción extremadamente amable y la hermosa habitación con una vista estupenda, ¡¡¡todo fue perfecto!!! Después de mi última estancia en Leipzig en un hotel de 5 categorías, mis expectativas en materia de desayuno no eran tan altas. Selección, frescura, personal y diseño interior muy satisfechos. ¡Nuestra próxima visita a Leipzig definitivamente nos llevará de regreso a este hotel! El único inconveniente es el precio del aparcamiento subterráneo de 18 €, puedes utilizar el aparcamiento HBF, el recorrido es razonable.

En general, un hotel decente, sin embargo nuestro AC no estaba trabajando en la habitación y dado nuestro cheque tarde (11:30 pm) nadie respondió al teléfono al llamar a la recepción varias veces, lo que fue muy decepcionante. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay problema.
