Excellent reception and service. Staff were very accommodating and smiling. Highly recommended. Food is delicious too🙂

Room was clean. And breakfast was good. There is an on going renovation beside the restaurant. And my room view was not in the side of Mayon. Restroom was difficult to use because water was limited and there was no door to shower area, making the water splash all over at the toilet part.

I highly recommended this hotel, madali din sya ma access. madali din sila kausap kasi nagpalipat ako ng room ung may mayon view. that why I really satisfied, saka di ka mababasa ng ulan once nag papick sa grab kasi covered ung lobby 👍👍👍

The hotel was so nice and clean. My mum and sister loved it.

Okay naman yung room and cr, pero no ref, no extra slippers, no cabinet/s, no blower and iron, poor wifi connection and humihina din aircon. Buti nalang masarap food and beverages sa Jeremy's kitchen kaya okay din naman ang experience. Thank you

The hotel looks good but the way they treat to their guest's is not equal.( I know their is vip or Something what in a hotel)Some of their employees look down to their guest's entering to their hotel. Don't judge the appearance of your guest's you may not know what they are capable of by looking to their appearance.. "No outside food allowed penalty 500" Must try massage 💆♀️

The room was spotless and spacious, bathroom was big, and it has complete toiletries. Although the soundproofing of the room needs improvement but overall I would rate it 5 stars. I would still comeback and excited to try other room types they have.

Great value for money hotel. Nice views, and very friendly staff. Breakfast could be better but overall it was a great experience.

I really liekd this hotel. I wanted to splurge a bit and it was perfect: very good buffet breakfast, location was 1 min walk to 2 awesome massage places, there's a711 store opposite the hotel and SM Mall Legazpi is just a 10min tricycle ride. The room was well appointed and the Wi-Fi fast: not common in the Philippines. The outdoor swimming pool was great for a swim after a long day of sightseeing. I hihly recommend it

Honestly, you can't expect much. For some reason, this hotel, as many in Philippines, do not match to their star ratings. This hotel was okay, for a short stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

It is okay but nothing else. The service at the restaurant is very slowly. Breakfast buffet has not a real variance. To all of the hotel staff: please speak clear and slow. You are not a machine and information is new for your guests
