"Stayed here over the weekend. Quite pricey but we expected this due to how the pricing works at peak times. I'll be honest, it's not the newest hotel and some areas could do with some tlc but the staff are amazing. The Manager went out of his way to track me down a new shirt for a wedding I was attending and even managed to acquire me some cufflinks which i'm pretty sure were his own so I wasn't late for my event. Staff all round were great and I really can't fault it. As I said before, pricey but a lovely place."

"This hotel is in a fabulous position close to the centre of Leek with parking close by. It is a beautiful building and the hosts are wonderful, welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The bar is small, quirky and has a good selection of drinks with a little hatch to serve customers in the garden. Our room was on the top floor with lots of stairs, so not for anyone with mobility issues. The building is very old and the floors are wonky which would add a little charm but kind of accentuates how tired the room was. Big enough, comfy bed and a working shower it could just do with an upgrade. Overall would we stay again, yes. The hotel is spotlessly clean and you have most of what you need it's just not as polished as most people would expect today."

"Spacious and well appointed apartment which was plenty big enough for two couples to comfortably share. Ideally located above the co-op so easy access to fresh food and cold drinks. Plenty of free parking around the building. And some good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and toiletries as well as complimentary bottled water in one of the bedrooms. I would stay there again if I was in the area."
