Excellent quality hotel in superb location. Amazing staff…so friendly, attentive and professional. Good quality meal (fish and chips)… Great service from Robin…charming and personable. Great price and super clean and comfortable room. Slept like a log!! Thank you.

Excellent service from the minute we walked through the door. Friendly and very helpful. Can’t praise Robin enough for his jovial and speedy service at reception and the Bar. 10/10 Rooms are clean and comfy. Very quiet. One fault would be no parking. But some pretty close

Lovely stay apart from noisy blow air heating and warm cooked breakfast. The beds are good but I preferred the hilton mattress. The beds are silentnight now and retain body heat. Not good for a cool sleeper. Excellent for a warm cozy night. Good value for money

Ive been to the Premier Inn a few times in Leeds this time a guy by the name of Robin was on duty currentley working the nightshit I really appreciate the service he provided for me and the friends I was with he did deliver great hospitality he also has great customer service skills a massive well done to him and I really hope this review will be high lighted to Robin through his management team

I been to the Premier Inn a few times but This hotel based on Whitehall Road is my first stay here x absolutely loved it x rooms amazing x had a few drinks in the bar and met Robin x what an amazing bar staff x so friendly x welcoming x and so happy 🥰 Don

Excellent hotel and location .The staff were wonderful and very helpful .We had breakfast this morning and they cooked a separate breakfast for my daughter who is coeliac and they were very knowledgable about what she was able to have . Thank you to all of the staff -we will definitely be back !

Perfect location and nothing was too much trouble Special thanks to caitlin for helping me at checkin and moving me rooms nothing is too much trouble for her and her colleagues Thanks again I will definitely be staying again and can't recommend this hotel and staff enough

We couldn’t get a room,the hotel was full booked,but Robin was amazing. The trains had been cancelled. My friend has heart problems and was struggling,so I decided to get a hotel for the night. Robin rang all the other premier inn,hotels for us,as our phones both needed charging,because we had been out from 10am and waited 5 hours for trains. He made us a cup of tea,while we waited. All the hotels were booked up,we were in tears by this time,my friend didn’t have enough heart medication for the night. Robin,was just unbelievably helpful. He even found us a taxi that would bring us all the way back to Blackburn,we are in our sixties and not fit to be sitting in a train station all night.we are eternally grateful to Premier Inn for training your staff to perfection,but to Robin for your kindness and thoughtfulness,if it wasn’t for you,I don’t know what we would have done. My friend was in desperate need of her meds for her heart. Thankyou,Thankyou,Thankyou. Premier Inn from now on.No trains.lol

Stayed over as part of a business trip and come here regularly when stopping in Leeds City Centre. Fantastic customer service from Robin and his team, was quick to help and easy check in process. As always room was clean and beds are comfy!!!!
