Valoraciones de Leonardo Hotel Leeds

Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación es lo más evidente. La bomba de calor hacia mucho ruido pero era necesario tenerla siempre encendida para mantener la habitación caliente. Ubicación ideal, aunque no está justo, en el centro lo tiene todo cerca. Un supermercado disponible justo enfrente.

El hotel es demasiado antiguo, las cerraduras de las puertas no son buenas y el aislamiento acústico también es muy deficiente. No se permite la salida anticipada.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad, muy tranquila y el entorno que lo rodea es hermoso. Me gusta y me quedaré aquí la próxima vez. Después de este viaje al Reino Unido, me enamoré de esta marca de hotel.

La limpieza es buena. La habitación es un poco pequeña. La actitud del personal es muy buena. El entorno geográfico es excelente. Está cerca de la estación de tren y autobús de Leeds y se puede llegar a ella en diez minutos a pie. La habitación es muy silenciosa.

Nice hotel to stay with family, the surroundings are calm, will visit again!

I mean it is one of the best experience in the city of leeds for at least 3 days, it god some approval serivce, although the hotel is rennovating, but it still one of the shortstay if younlive inside the CBD.

Fantastic value for money, good location too right on the waterfront between the centre and Clarence dock; the slight caveat being that the nearest parking is a little bit of a trek in the opposite direction from the city centre. That said, the hotel discount your parking to an excellent rate of £8 per 24 hours.

Good value for money. After the first night our cards stopped working, we had to queue for 20 Min to get them reactivated. It would be good to have another person dealing with this or cards that work. Once we got to our room at 4pm our room didn't get serviced that was disappointing. Overall okay, we would stay again if we had a good deal.

For me, Leeds is one of the transit points, there are parking meters outside the hotel, very convenient. The room has sufficient heating. Since the weather outside is very cold and rainy, I got completely wet and wanted a hot drink to warm up. The hotel staff kindly provided me with a cup of a hot drink, which was very thoughtful. It’s a great hotel in Leeds.

I had an awesome experience – the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The hotel benefits from a very convenient location, which is one of its strongest points. It was generally clean, but several issues negatively impacted our stay. Our first room was uncomfortably cold, with half the lights not working and a loose faucet in the bathroom, suggesting a lack of proper maintenance. After reporting the heating problem, we were moved to another room. However, it became clear that we were not the only ones experiencing this issue—other guests were also having their rooms changed due to cold temperatures. It seems that because the hotel is so large, staff may not have the time to check the heating systems in all rooms. Compounding this, the rooms tended to get very stuffy, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. When we requested extra bedding because there were three of us but only two duvets provided, we were informed that housekeeping had none available. This was surprising and inconvenient, as basic bedding for all guests should have been ensured. The bedding, although washed, had visible stains on some sheets, detracting from the overall impression of cleanliness. Adding to the disorganization, the cleaning staff worked at very unusual hours. When we returned from dinner well after 10 PM, room cleaning was still ongoing, which was unexpected. Another frustrating issue was that one of the elevator call buttons (for going down) did not work, and no notice or sign had been placed to inform guests. This added unnecessary inconvenience and further highlighted a lack of attention to detail. Overall, while the location and basic cleanliness are positives, the hotel suffers from significant maintenance issues, inconsistent heating, a shortage of basic amenities like extra duvets, unusual cleaning schedules, and overlooked problems like broken elevator buttons. Addressing these concerns could significantly improve the guest experience.

Hotel was generally good, rooms seemed a little dated, particularly the bathroom.  Breakfast was OK although quality of cooked breakfast ingredients seemed a bit below what you’d expect. Staff were helpful throughout.
