Here at the Best Western Plus Lees Summit Hotel Suites, we are passionate about taking great care of you and want to make your stay exceptional, whether youre planning a corporate meeting or just need guest room accommodations. The hotel and grounds have just been newly remodeled in 2016 for a sophisticated stay. Our hotel is located just a few miles south from I-70 off Highway 470/291 in a beautiful, quiet and tranquil location. We offer many amenities: indoor heated pool, free high-speed wireless internet, fitness facility, guest business center and a full hot breakfast buffet every morning serving items such as real scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, bacon or sausage, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, a variety of juices, milk, coffee, tea and much more. We also offer free local calls, and a voice mail system in each room for all of our guests.
We are privileged to have the Summit Grill on-site with their amazing chef to prepare the most delicious meals. We are also conveniently located very close to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues in Lee’s Summit such as Unity Village and Independence, the Bass Pro Shops® Silverstein Eye Centers Arena, Royals Stadium and Chiefs Stadium are just few minutes from our property.

La estadía fue cómoda y limpia, pero el ascensorista, te lo diré, te hará esperar como tú en una fila lenta de comida rápida que está respaldada y el desayuno solo quédate durmiendo ni siquiera te despiertes Apuesto a que si las galletas no lo fueron sofocados en salsa serían más duros que una esponja vieja y sucia usada, pero aparte de eso, la estancia fue cómoda.

This location was in a nice area but the cosmetic upgrades they’ve attempted to keep this placed updated were pretty awful. Not to mention it the rooms were some of the dirtiest I’ve seen in awhile.

Hotel is in a pretty good location. Easy to navigate around the area. Breakfast was very good and the eating area was very clean. Comfortable beds and a shower with plenty of pressure. Flusher handle on one of the toilets in one of the rooms didn't work properly, so we had to take the back of the toilet lid off and flush it manually by pulling the chain. Another one of our rooms wouldn't cool, which worked out fine because we put a cold-natured person in there and they didn't even use the air unit throughout the trip. Overall decent hotel.

Love this hotel! It will be our go to when in KC! Easy reservation on *******, check in was easy. Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and close to everything we did!

This hotel is very outdated. The bed was broken and made noise, paint was peeling or patched very bad. People that stayed there were so loud. It was basically a hang out party hotel.

Had reserved room with jacuzzi. Bathroom sink had hair in it from not cleaning and jacuzzi did also. Could see dirt around the jacuzzi. The bed looked like the sheets had not been changed. Did not get to enjoy the purpose for the requested room with jacuzzi. If you don't mind a room with the most important cleanliness is not done then enjoy your stay otherwise i wouldn't recommend

The hotel is older but they are slowley renovating it. The staff in all shifts is wonderful. You have an awesome crew and the breakfast and coffee were awesome. If i had any complaints at all, it would be the carpet needs to be changed throught the hotel and the mattresses are in need of replacing. They are very firm and uneven. My back hurt from sleeping on them. Its a great hotel and i will stay again. Avi deserves a raise. Hes wonderful at his job of operations manager.

Booked a night to stay halfway home from a trip. There was a used bandaid in the bed that I didn't notice till the morning. The blackout curtain fell down quite literally on my face. They also booked the hotel to what looks like construction workers whose shift doesn't end till 1am, meaning from 1am-3am there was tons of people in the hallways talking and banging stuff around. I had to clean out the gunk that built up in the bath tub jets, and the carpet was generally dirty. I am never staying here again, and in fact this is the worst experience I've ever had at a best western. The 50% refund of the room doesn't begin to make up for the lack of sleep and discomfort I experienced. I would've been better off pulling over on the side of the road and sleeing in my car, in fact it probably would've been quieter and cleaner
