Equipped kitchen. Quiet and residential area. Private and secure parking space. Shops, markets and numerous activities nearby: leave the car, go on foot or by bike.

You will not suffer from the heat because it is equipped with latest generation fans which are therefore silent and the apartment is located north-north with recent insulation. If you like to cook, plenty of equipment at your disposal. You have enough to clean your apartment. If you prefer a cleaning lady, just let me know during our first telephone contact, as well as the rental of sheets and towels.
We lend our bikes but I should point out that they are not electric.
