I am a Hilton Honors member, so I expect a certain level of treatment when I travel for business and stay at Hilton. However, that was not the case at this hotel. The front desk is very rude and cold. They act like it's a bother to check you in or out. They refused to provide me with a receipt so I could expense my trip with my employer. When I called to speak with a manager (Melissa) after my trip, she hung up on me. Very poor customer service. As a result, I filed a formal complaint with their corporate office. Also, though the room was clean, there were ants on the desk and TV, and all over the counters in the breakfast area. They did not wipe anything down in the breakfast area. Generally, if there is a bug problem, then that means there is a deeper maintenance issue. I do not recommend staying at this location. Hilton is supposed to be better than this. I was not pleased and will never stay at this location again.

Dog friendly but unfriendly otherwise. I didn’t even get what I paid for (business king). They stuck me in a basic room w a full size bed at best and I didn’t even bother saying anything. I could tell all the rooms were going to be the same piss poor quality. Front desk unmanned constantly and extremely rude. I’m being nice bc I don’t believe in outing specific employees but one woman needs training in how to speak to customers. In my 20+ years of staying in hotels, no matter the price point, I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully for no reason. Room- disgusting. Lights not working, telephone not working, visible bed stains, all sorts of noises, I think you get the picture. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker. Antiquated thermostat. Couldn’t get much sleep due to noise, generally feeling unsafe for myself and my vehicle. Kicker- police activity outside in the AM because of some incident I didn’t care to witness after my comedically bad stay. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.

Las habitaciones están limpias al llegar pero tuvo que pedir pulverización para limpiar el baño el tercer día bc el guardador levantaría el tapón para hacer que se vea como ella lo hizo pero no podía decir que nada había sido tocado. El café era como aceite y agua para mí, así que compré en el almacén paquetes de insta, pero los que lo gustaban lo suficiente. ¡La habitación está en condiciones justas, pero huele a la tontería!

Good hotel for a night stay, right off route 1 and close to many restaurants.

Recientemente tuvimos nuestro matrimonio en River House en Odette's, en Nueva Hope, PA. ¡Fue la mejor experiencia que he tenido con un hotel desde hace mucho tiempo! Fueron muy responsables a lo largo de todo el proceso comenzando a terminar, fueron más allá y más arriba para garantizar todos los beneficios que se nos habían fijado para recibir si realizamos un determinado # de habitaciones, ¡Y sirvieron a nuestros huéspedes muy bien ese fin de semana - aseguran que se entregaron los bolsillos de los huéspedes, los huéspedes tenían toda la información necesaria, etc! No hemos oído nada más que buenas cosas sobre nuestras experiencias allí y el director de ventas, Michele fue increíble trabajar con conducir hasta el matrimonio. Si necesita un hotel para ofrecer alojamientos de habitaciones a sus huéspedes en esta zona o en la zona de Nueva Hope, este es su hotel!!!!!!

Me quedé en Element Ewing como invitado de largo plazo, así que tengo una larga ventana de observación. Muchas veces me desperté en la noche por el ruido de los huéspedes borrachos y descontrolados que estaban gritando y jurando entre sí durante horas en la noche en el pasillo y el estacionamiento. En mi baño, las cabinas tenían daños graves en el agua y su venera había desaparecido, pero el ducha está bien. El hotel anuncie una piscina interior, pero la piscina siempre tiene un signo cerrado. A menudo uno de los dos ascensores no funciona, y en dos ocasiones los huéspedes han sido atrapados en el ascensor. También los ascensores a veces huelen ****. La nueva construcción de almacén comienza justo al lado del hotel, así que esperamos que la construcción se produzca durante los días de la semana en los próximos meses 6-12. La habitación está muy bien, el hotel está bien, el desayuno está bien, el Wi-Fi es bueno y el desayuno está bien. Interesantemente, el hotel también ofrece 2 bicicletas para uso de los huéspedes.

This hotel saved our trip! We had to move out of another hotel due to issues that added stress and frustration. Courtyard Ewing Princeton, more specifically Jasmine and Laila, made everything better! We wish we had started our trip at this hotel. The customer service they provided was exceptional! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
