I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The guests in the room next to ours created excessive noise for hours at a time. There was loud talking, shouting, arguing, and loud music. We reported the issue to the front desk multiple times from the very first day, yet the problem continued into the following days. Security was sent to the room several times, but the situation was never properly resolved. Despite repeated complaints, we were unable to rest or sleep. The hotel was aware that the guests were intoxicated and that security had already been involved, yet the disturbances continued. What was most frustrating was that the burden seemed to be placed on us rather than on the guests causing the disruption. We had a large amount of luggage and had no desire to move rooms. More importantly, we were not the guests creating the problem. The front desk’s response was, frankly, the worst part of the entire experience. Despite numerous complaints, they showed little interest in actively resolving the issue. We were repeatedly told, “There is nothing we can do,” “It is security’s responsibility,” and “There are no available rooms.” The same responses were given over and over again while the problem continued. At one point, food and beverage credits were offered. However, I was not asking for free meals. I was asking for a quiet room where I could sleep. I repeatedly explained that I wanted the noise problem resolved, not compensation, yet no meaningful action was taken. During my 8-night stay, I was unable to sleep properly for 3 nights because of the ongoing disturbances. Rest is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide it. I genuinely believe I should be compensated for at least those three nights. Paying full price for a room while being unable to sleep because of repeated noise complaints that were never effectively resolved is simply unacceptable. I was also extremely disappointed by the attitude of some front desk staff. As a non-native English speaker, I used a translation app to help communicate clearly. On several occasions, staff appeared unwilling to even look at the translated messages and responded with an attitude that felt dismissive and annoyed, as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate guest complaint. Whether intentional or not, the experience left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. As an international guest, I expected professionalism, patience, and respect. Instead, I felt ignored and disregarded. What should have been a comfortable and enjoyable stay became a stressful, uncomfortable, and at times unsettling experience. The hotel failed not only in managing a serious noise problem but also in providing the level of customer service expected from a property of this caliber. Management should seriously review how guest complaints are handled and provide better training to front desk staff. Guests deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when reporting ongoing issues that are affecting their stay. I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others

This was a very nice hotel the amenities were disappointing. The pool times were 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. definitely took away from going out and doing events and then having some quality time with your kids at the pool. No seating unless you reserve a table or Cabana for at least $150 minimum drinks or food. So unless you're going to do that you're stuck out in the sun or in the water. The hot tubs were not even working they called them mini pools. Not exactly sure but was very disappointing to say the least with the Limited hours to the pool. Interesting to be a resort but wasn't family friendly with the hours and the short of not even having a Jacuzzi to soak and enjoy. I chose this hotel because it has the ayce buffet restaurant. That was great unlimited Lobster and crab legs on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

They didn't clean every day. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, we didn't know why.

Stayed at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and everything was good! 🎰✨ Awesome off-Strip location (easy cab to the action), modern and clean rooms with killer Strip views, no resort fee (huge win), and the pool area is a vibe—perfect for chilling after a night out. Staff was friendly, casino energy was fun without the chaos, and dining spots like the food court hit the spot for quick bites. Vegas magic at its finest!

Room was spacious, it's nice being off the strip. A lot of Asian restaurants near the hotel. The AYCE buffet is wonderful.

Love the area and the casino itself! Great vibe! Definitely going back again

Worst service i have ever experienced, the room card stopped work every 10 minuets, each time it happened, i had to wait for an hour or so in que to fix it, like a working room key is not part of this hotel services
