Buenos días, el día 11/1/2023 ingresé al hotel habitación 319 por 2 noches me cobraron 2 veces habitación con un cargo adicional 181.53$ me dijeron que 10 días lo devolverían pero hasta la fecha no he recibido ese reembolso por favor agradezco ese reembolso

El cuarto que nos dieron no estaba muy limpio en especial el baño. Y la tina del baño estaba tapada y sucia

El servicio del hotel es bueno, sólo tuvimos inconvenientes con la llave de la habitación , por lo demas estuvo bien.

We had to pay a $250 deposit when we arrived in addition to the 182 paid with ******* for the room. It’s been over 3 weeks and many calls and they’re still “working on it”. Now they tell me it was credited back same day we booked! Corporate was little help too.

I arrived late and was given a room on the first floor which I asked if they had any rooms on higher floor. No we are booked. So I got a key to room 113 and someone was already there. Returned to the hotel guest and they immediately got me a room on the 5th floor. I was so tired I stayed but the noise from freeway was horrible. Nosie neighbors and I made the best of it.
The icing on the cake was NO hot water to take a shower. Got my stuff and left to check out.
The hotel member did me half a refund. Which was Great but I really was not happy. I have stayed at this La Quinta and I have had a good stay but don’t think I will stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable except fhe bed was norizontal to the TV which would make it lay in bed and view the TV over your right shoulder.
Also there was not hot water in the shower/tub. We let it run for a few minutes but it never got warm enough to showere. Bummer.

It was good exactly what I am expecting from any La Quinta. I've been to a couple other La Quinta that have been a total disappointment but this one was nice clean quiet and service was great. I'll definitely be back

My room was never serviced during my stay. It would have been nice to have coffee in my room with the coffeemaker. The elevators have graffiti in them. The hotel is located too close to the highway. The noise from passing traffic did not let me sleep well.
