Valoraciones de Gansu Soluxe Grand Hotel (Zhangyelou Pedestrian Street Zhongshan Bridge)

Personal muy agradable Excelente desayuno. Lo que más me impresionó fue la máquina de café expreso y los fideos Lanzhou. El gimnasio necesita una reforma ya que las cintas de correr no funcionaban al igual que las bicicletas estáticas. El frigorífico de la habitación no enfriaba lo suficiente. Ubicación central y me alojaría allí de nuevo.

This location was very convenient for exploring Lanzhou with two subway stops within walking distance about ten or fifteen minutes and several snack streets and many restaurants as well as shopping in all directions. The room was very comfortable and felt modern and updated. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast area did not have a lot of seating but the food choices were good. Mostly Chinese dishes but there were some western options with a made to order noodles and someone frying eggs. I thought it was a good value and would recommend it for the location if you need something centrally located. About a ten or fifteen minutes ride to Lanzhou train station. You can take the subway but there are quite a few stairs and the sidewalks have a lot if ups and downs as well so not very easy to manage with heavy bags.

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, it is worth recommending.👍I will stay here again next time.

Everything is superb. Especially the staff is super friendly and helpful. Will come back again!

Location is great. Cleanliness could be better. Upon arrival the carpet was nit properly vacuumed. I found some foot nails beside the bed. The bikes at the gym are both damaged. Else it’s average. Nothing outstanding. Nothing seriously wrong. Given the high price, better options could probably be found.

The hotel is nice, it's centrally located in Lanzhou and well equipped. A little on the older side but pleasant, slightly more upscale for China. The breakfast was very extensive. Overall would recommend, it was largely worth the price

The hotel is well located in the tourist area, easily catching a taxi and bus to get around. It has a grand lounge area. The breakfast is excellent as western continental breakfast with coffee (expresso) and Chinese food are provided. Reception staff are helpful especially the young lady manager. We are old couple enjoying our stay in this hotel for 4 nights.

Nothing to complain about. Clean nice rooms. Service from front desk to cleaning was excellent.

Clean an comfortable room. Friendly and efficient services. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend it to other travelers strongly.

酒店位置確實方便，之前就有朋友推薦過，房間設施齊全，品質還是保持的不錯，性價比還是。前台小葛服務熱心，業務熟練，主打一個有求必用……感覺蘭州交通停車都不太方便，酒店在黃金地段提供免費停車強烈點贊👍👍步行就能到中山橋，街對面就是正寧路夜市，節省了不少時間，下次還來

強烈推薦的寶藏酒店！地理位置是最大亮點，周邊餐飲、購物、交通一應俱全，出行規劃都省心不少。房間乾淨整潔，通風效果好，沒有異味，打掃得很徹底，住着舒服又放心。最打動我的是前台的服務，熱情又專業，果果主動幫忙升級了房型還介紹了正宗美食，笑容甜美～還幫忙預約了水墨丹霞車！，全程體驗感超棒！這波入住太值了，以後來還選這家～

這是這麼多年住過最差的五星級酒店（沒有之一），設施老舊（衞生間燈關也關不掉，亮了一晚上影響休息），尤其是管理差到離譜，中午12點到2點高峯期前台就1個人，顧客排長隊也沒人管，兩層樓的幾十個房間就一個打掃衞生的服務人員，下午2點多了還有一大堆人在等房，什麼五星級酒店該配的門迎，行李員等等就不要想了！最差的事來了個所謂的姓李的經理，直接來個我們就這樣，願意投訴就投訴吧，比**還**，真給蘭州人抹黑，給蘭州這座城市丟臉！希望評價對大家有用，千萬慎重選擇！！！

入住甘肅陽光大酒店體驗感真不錯，出行很方便，跟朋友去了趟水墨丹霞趕不回來退房，前台小葛服務特別好接到電話後幫我們申請了延遲退房，還幫忙收拾好了行李，體驗感直接拉滿，這好評必須安排！下次還住這裏！
