"Traveling with family, the hotel environment is lovely, with a lake and lush trees. The front desk lady with the round face always had a smile. The butler's responses were also very quick. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The only downsides are that the lobby is on the second floor, so you absolutely need a shuttle to pick you up when you arrive at the hotel, otherwise it's an uphill climb, which is very inconvenient for seniors and young children. For safety reasons, the side gates leading to the hotel are always locked; you can only open them from the inside and can't swipe a card from the outside. Also, there were some insects in the room."
