The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Habitación amplia, limpieza correcta. Lo mejor el onsen!! Desayuno variado aunque con poca variedad de fruta fresca.lugar ideal para desconectar por unos días. Piscina y gym amplios.

El hotel, construido junto al lago, se puede recorrer caminando de un extremo al otro, con unos 3 km de longitud, una caminata bastante saludable, especialmente después de comer. El hotel también proporciona bicicletas y podemos pedir un carrito de golf en lugar de caminar. Reservamos la villa sobre el agua; vivir sobre el agua fue toda una experiencia. La habitación es grande (130 m²) y las instalaciones son buenas, aunque algunas pequeñas mejoras podrían mejorar aún más la estancia. Por ejemplo, el baño podría tener más iluminación e instalar colgadores de toallas sin plantas debajo. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Las dos piscinas tienen vistas maravillosas. El spa es excelente. Este hotel es ideal para relajarse y descansar. Los lugares con vistas panorámicas están un poco lejos. El aeropuerto de Da Nang tarda unos 80 minutos en coche.

Hotel realmente elegante 🏨 No tenía ventanas en mi habitación, pero me alegró tener una biblioteca 📚 y cuadros increíbles en la pared. Estoy disfrutando del desayuno 🧇 ¡Qué estancia tan agradable y qué buena gente trabaja aquí! ¡Mucha suerte 🤞!

Tras haberme alojado en un resort Banyan Tree, tenía grandes expectativas sobre este y debo decir que no me decepcionó en absoluto. En primer lugar, debo mencionar el excepcional servicio. El personal está dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Como viajeros musulmanes, teníamos algunas dudas sobre el aspecto halal del menú. Pero me alegra decir que los chefs entendieron las necesidades y nos atendieron a la perfección. Nos alojamos en la villa con piscina y playa para el 27 cumpleaños de mi hija; reservamos dos contiguas. La villa en sí era sensacional. Levantarse por la mañana, caminar por el patio hasta la piscina privada, a tiro de piedra de la playa de arena, es literalmente el paraíso en la tierra. De nuevo, volveré a mencionar el nivel de servicio, porque es lo que realmente hace de Banyan Tree una marca tan especial. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y atención. Mención especial a Nhi, Hung y Tan por hacerlo aún más especial. La única pega es que está un poco apartado. Salir una noche en Da Nang son dos horas de ida y vuelta. Pero pasamos los primeros cinco días de nuestras vacaciones explorando, y Banyan Tree Lang Co fue el lugar perfecto para desconectar antes de volver a casa. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que busque una escapada de lujo a Vietnam!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and close to many local attractions. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view from the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back!

¡La habitación junto al río tiene una gran vista! La habitación también era espaciosa y estaba limpia. También había una bañera para poder disfrutar de un baño relajante. La ubicación es buena, por lo que no tendrás problemas para comprar o comer. Está a poca distancia del Palacio Real. El problema fue que el ascensor iba un poco lento.

Cuando llegamos, nos recibió muy cálidamente Han, el recepcionista, un hombre muy amable que nos preparó el desayuno a la mañana siguiente porque nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano. El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones están limpias, la piscina es increíble y la comida era excelente.

La habitación está bien por el precio, cerca del centro, fácil de recorrer, personal amable y entusiasta.
