Cerca de la playa de Nuevaport, tanto la higiene como el servicio de la habitación son muy buenos, el desayuno está bien, no hay muchos tipos. Ayuda autobús: $43, a los pasajeros: $48, a los hermanos pequeños que a los pasajeros les gusta estacionar.

We stayed a night for president’s day weekend. We checked in around 8 PM and were greeted by excellent service from their front desk specialist, Alexander. Alexander was quick to get us checked in and truly helped us feel welcome. I can say it was one of the best check in experiences I have had. He was able to provide all pertinent info we needed and promptly direct us to our room. We found our room very clean and ready for a relaxing evening after a day on our feet. Ni la habitación ni el baño son muy grandes, ni la higiene limpia. El mayor problema es que el aire acondicionado es la máquina de lavarse y está en la cama, y la próxima vez no volverá a dormir.

La pandemia ha sido una de las principales causas de la pandemia que hemos viajado desde este hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad.

Además de los precios de la vivienda, todos los demás son muy satisfechos. Le hemos fijado la habitación más barata, una cama de tamaño real y una cama de sofá, tres personas dormidas son muy amables.

Buena ubicación Está a poca distancia del outlet del condado de Orange y del estadio Angel. Un hotel americano decente. El diseño del baño está más acorde con la naturaleza humana. La sección central de la bañera se ensancha y la parte superior de la ducha se puede quitar. El único pequeño inconveniente es que no hay suficiente personal en el mostrador. El check-in y el check-out a veces requieren una breve espera, pero afortunadamente no tiene un gran impacto.

Que camas más confortables, sin duda un gran plus para descansar, el hotel es grande, las instalaciones son modernas y bien diseñadas, el cuarto es amplio y cómodo, no se escuchan prácticamente nada de ruidos más allá de lo normal, se encuentra muy cerca de disneyland. El personal es amable y atento, hay que considerar que aunque cuenta con estacionamiento (al aire libre) es de pago alrededor de unos 21 dólares por día, usualmente el área enfrente del hotel esta ocupada por el valet parking así que tienes que aparcar en la parte de atrás que comparte con Marriot suites por lo que hay que caminar un buen tramo, por pandemia no realizan el aseo diario de tu habitación así que hay que llamar a recepción para solicitarlo, en general bien, lo recomendaría y volvería a quedarme aquí.

Todo es bueno excepto para la tarjeta de clave de garaje que no siempre funciona si tienes que usarla en días muy cansados, tienes que ir al lobby delantero para activar la tarjeta cada vez y después.

Had a family member at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo and this is the closest hotel to the hospital. It's a solid choice for the area where there are a dearth of hotels, much less decent hotels. Had a suite which was spacious with bed, couch, desk with nice TV (which could swivel for watching from bed) and a bar area with a fridge. The bathroom was large. The bed was fine. I was on the first floor overlooking the back parking lot, but that was fine because I wasn't there for the view and the back parking lot seems little used, so there wasn't noise with people coming and going from the lot. I see that some have complained about overhead noise and advised a third floor room, but I didn't hear any noise from above -- perhaps the room above me was empty, however. Four points instead of five because the blackout curtains weren't perfect and let in some light around the edges of the curtains and I'm sensitive to light. Other hotels I have been staying at lately in Orange County do better on the blackout curtain front. Another demerit for the awful complimentary breakfast. No breakfast potatoes like most places which do complimentary breakfast and the pre-made scrambled eggs were just plain disgusting -- had some weird oily chemical taste. The blueberry muffin was also awful. There are no actual mugs for tea or coffee. Only these very flimsy paper cups where you have to carry the cup with a napkin because unlike Starbucks cups, for instance, the cups aren't thick enough so that it is not uncomfortable to carry a hot beverage with your bare hand. Even worse, the lids don't fit the cups properly so it's impossible to completely lid the cup if you are carrying the cup back to your room, as I did. Because the lid did not fit properly and I was juggling to open my door with my door key, I ended up spilling some hot liquid on myself. If I stayed at this hotel again, I would not have breakfast in the hotel. Order delivery from Uber Eats or go out to dine. Even an Egg McMuffin would have been better than this food. Be aware that on weekends the place seems overrun with ill-mannered children (many in sports uniforms -- so I surmised that they were being taken to tournaments in the area). The children crowded the breakfast buffet area and didn't realize that you are supposed to take your food and move on so others can, in turn, get in to take their food. The kids were also running through the halls. I would guess the hotel is more sedate during the week, at least during the school year.
