El hotel es muy antiguo con habitaciones con fechas. Las habitaciones no son buenas. Tuve que cambiar tres veces, y el personal de la oficina delantera manejó el pasaporte con cuidado. No se quedará en esta propiedad de nuevo porque no estaba impresionado con la calidad de la habitación. Al llegar al hotel Hard Rock me recibió en el valet un mucho llamado Fidel me abrió la puerta del auto muy amablemente ,le comenté que me recomendara algo para hacer dentro y fuera del hotel me comento que el hotel cuenta con un bar donde sirven bebidas muy ricas y un restaurante riquísimo y con excelente servicio y que al salir del hotel se encontraba el estadio de béisbol y algunos bares a sus alrededores para poder pasar un momento agradable ,fidel fue muy amable muy servicial junto con sus compañeros siempre muy atentos a su trabajo me ayudaron en todo momento a subir y bajar cosas del auto sin duda alguna regresaría al hotel excelente servicio de los muchachos Big Mike ,Philip ,Zander ,Fabrizio y Fidel excelente atención y amabilidad .

La recepción del frente es muy bienvenida. La habitación estaba bien - creo que este es un hotel más antiguo, porque los baños son pequeños. La habitación era increíblemente limpia. Se sentirá como una persona muy especial en manos del personal de Sheraton.

El aspecto del hotel es sucio, viejo, descuidado y sin mantenimiento. Parece escenario de película de terror. El desayuno que ofrecen es en un lugar terrible, dos mesas con dos sillas cada una, dentro de una recepción de 10 metros cuadrados da asco en pensar en comer ahí adentro. El ambiente no es familiar, afuera del hotel había mujeres ofreciendo servicios para adultos y para rematar la actitud del único empleado que atiende el hotel es pesima. No entiendo por que Howard Johnson presta su nombre a un lugar de tan mala calidad. Telarañas, piso sucio, paredes mal pintadas y sucias, azulejos parchados de un color y otro. Desafortunadamente engañan y solo son una trampa para turistas.

I'm giving the Pier South Resort 5 stars, even though there were some issues with their restaurant. I feel like any company can make a mistake, but pay attention to how they resolve it for you. The hotel is very nice with stunning ocean views, and the staff members all were very friendly. Great location - many places of interest are within walking distance. We paid extra for a room with a balcony and ocean view. On the dates we were there, happy hour with drinks and appetizers were served on the rooftop lounge, we just needed to show our room key. On our last morning, we planned to have breakfast on the balcony in our room, watching the ocean. We called the in-room dining number 3 different times between 8:45am and 9am, but the phone was never answered. We called the front desk at 9am and they had room service call us back. Room service said that they were understaffed and we should call back in 90 minutes to place our order. Call back at 10:30am to order breakfast when checkout is 11am?! We only wanted a bagel and yogurt parfait, but I suppose if there is nobody there to bring the food, then it doesn't matter how simple the order was going to be. The room, parking and resort fees made this a very expensive stay, so not being able to enjoy it in the way we planned was very disappointing. On prior day we did eat at the restaurant, then after we finished, waited over 10 minutes for our check and after we said we were going to charge it to the room, that took another 10 minutes. Again, the restaurant Toasted was probably understaffed. I understand that is a common issue with many companies, but keep in mind that this is an expensive resort with expensive fees. I discussed our concerns with management, and received an apology along with a satisfactory resolution. We will try Pier South again someday, but at this time I cannot even say whether or not they actually offer room service.

DdpenaLoved this place. Great location. We were able to walk around the bay. Great room on the 7th floor with a view of the Bay. Watched 3 cruise ships come and go. Super comfy bed, nice water pressure in the shower. Staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious and abundant. The Sky Bar is a great setting but the food was definitely below standard, especially for the price. My only other comment is how strange that none of the windows are tinted. There's zero privacy. People from the street can clearly see you. But we loved our stay, felt we got great value and strongly recommend it!

When I checked in, I asked for a first floor room because I have a heavy bag and did not want to carry it up the stairs because I did not see an elevator. When I got in the room, the whole room was very filthy. The ceiling in the bedroom area had mold approximately two feet diameter. I checked the bathroom and the ceiling was molded also approximately a foot in diameter. The whole room was just filthy. I went back to the front desk and told the person working that the room she gave me was filthy. She gave me an attitude telling me, “Well, you’re the one who wanted the first floor!” Apparently, it’s my fault for asking for a room on the first floor and that it had mold. So, she gave me the second floor room. Since it’s the second floor, there’s no third floor, there was no mold on the ceiling. It was a little late and I just decided to stay. In the middle of the night, I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom area. I ignored it because it’s was too late to find another hotel and I used my money for Knights Inn. The next day, I was out and about so I wasn’t in the room all day. I got back, I saw roaches again. Then I got curious and checked the pillows. I removed the pillow cases and the pillows are yellowish brown from not being washed and dried out bodily fluids or whatever it was. Since it was late, I have decided that I will check out the next morning and just ask for the refund for the rest of the days I won’t be staying. The next day, I asked to check out and told the person why I’m checking out early. It’s the same person who gave me the attitude the day I checked in. I asked to get a refund but she refused and told me I had to get it from the third party where I reserved it from. I told them that I called Priceline and that Priceline told me that they have to refund it to me since the money was already given to them. She told me she can’t do anything. I am currently reporting them to State Health Services and reporting them to their company. The hotel is a health hazard. Do not stay.

EEnglishTeacher朱丽叶Location was excellent for concert at Petco Park, took Uber and obviously was longer due to concert influx realized take a lime lite would have been faster. Walking expect 25-30 min and going up hill.
Service was good at check -in , first night found roaches 🪳 under and around fridge area! Went to lobby for possible accommodations , encountered male fair skin and colored eyes, said they were from the weather (🙄) didn’t seem surprised to hear there were roaches in our room, asked if we can switch rooms- he said they were fully booked and didn’t have anything available which I didn’t even see him check. At this point couldn’t find room to check out for the weekend and left as is. Told cleaning lady that evening and she shared a roach spray to spray in infected area. We didn’t not feel comfortable in this environment and left our snacks and food in bags and placed luggage on our beds and desk to avoid roaches from getting in. Additionally had requested towels and when asked for 4 same lobbyist said 4 was pushing it and only handing two towels even though I had booked two double Queen rooms for 8 people!!
Second room has stains on bed sheets and pillows, unsure what exactly it was but looked like blood. Friend got rash on arm and suspected bed bugs, checked sheets and luckily didn’t find any.
Bathroom sink had broken handle that came off when lifted.
Breakfast was good- early hours 7:30-8:30 , doors closed by 8:25 and you cannot take food out. But decent has French toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and juices.
Parking was small but have additional parking below , just have to walk around the corner.

Al reservar con un día de anticipación en Ctrip, se indica que se requieren las dos habitaciones contiguas al primer piso. Se le dio al segundo piso de los dos, y eso es todo. También se le dio al segundo piso de los dos que no estaban conectados. Esto fue un lanzamiento.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos 5 noches en su hotel, del 28 al 31 de mayo y tuvimos algunas situaciones desagradables: 1) Reservamos una habitación con una cama king size, y cuando abrimos la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humo de cigarrillo, por lo que le pedimos a Jonathan que cambiara la habitación porque realmente era imposible quedarse allí, pero su única opción era que nos cambiaron a otra habitacion pero con 2 camas, la cual aceptamos porque no habia olor a cigarro. Pero entendí que este tipo de habitación tenía un precio de tarifa más bajo, pero no nos ofrecieron ningún descuento. 2) Recibimos un papel de bienvenida informando la hora de salida, la ubicación de la máquina de hielo y las instalaciones de lavandería, las cuales por cierto muy sucias, y donde mencionaba que el servicio de limpieza a la habitacion se brinda cada 3 días, ¿ por que ? En cualquier hotel decente la habitacion se limpia diario y se tienden las camas ?, y lo pero de todo es que a los 3 dias nadie vino a limpiar la habitación, a tender las camas, o sacar la basura o cambiar las toallas, fui a recepción preguntando por el servicio pero la única opción que me propuso Jonathan era que él podía venir a sacar la basura pero nada más, así que me ofreció cambiar de habitación (¡otra vez!), lo cual acepté. - En la primera habitación había agujeros en el cobertor y en las sábanas por quemaduras de cigarro, la cortina también tenía otro agujero grande. Y los colchones se hundian profundamente. No vivo en los EE. UU., pero es una pena el tipo de servicios que brindan a su propia gente, el ascensor estaba sucio todo el tiempo, los botes de basura en todos los pasillos estaban la mayor parte del tiempo llenos de basura y completamente en mal estado y aspecto con quemaduras de cigarrillo. Cuando hicimos nuestro registro de salida había una chica trabajando en la recepción con muy mala actitud, es una pena teniendo en cuenta que su negocio es la hospitalidad tengan empleados como ella. Estoy completamente seguro de que este mensaje no tendrá ningún efecto o repercusión, este no le interesara a los propietarios o inversionistas. Para mí es tan fácil, nunca más me quedaré en su hotel.
