I am not a complainer and i appreciate all the hard working staff at this hotel. Location is very convenient. My main issues is the maintainence of the aging building. Elevator is frustratingly slow for only 4 story building. Electric door lock fails. Air conditioning system could not shut off. The main problem is the electricity stopped working in our last day. We had a long road trip ahead the next day to Las Vegas. So we needed our phones to be charged up. And our ice packs were not cold to keep our drinks cold for the long road trip ahead. Really made our trip for our family inconvenient. I am shocked as this is a Hilton brand name hotel which normally has good quality control.

El entorno general es muy tranquilo, el hotel es muy limpio, el edificio de alojamiento es una entrada independiente, la seguridad es relativamente alta, el personal de servicio del hotel es muy agradable y el precio general es alto.

The environment of the hotel was very great, with small swimming pool, large garden around. The room was very dark indeed and not suitable for any reading at night. The hotel location was hidden within a cluster of houses. It may not be easy for identification. Service was great and staff attitude was great.

Booked this hotel for a concert at the SAP center. The location isn’t too far from it which is great. The area overall past the San Pedro market is kinda sketchy. You have to call the hotel for them to unlock the door to check in. Overall, the hotel was ok. I had asked for extra towels but didn’t get any. Bring your own amenities if you can help it. They provide a small tube of shampoo and a small bottle of body wash (which was already half empty) and that’s it. No hand soap or any of the extra little amenities we’re used to having. The tissues box in the bathroom was damp, which I’m assuming is from the steam from showers before. They have free WiFi, but it’s atrociously slow and really only works downstairs, you’re better off using your own data. If you just need a place to sleep while you go out and explore the city, then this works fine.

Generalmente, las condiciones del motel no son lo suficientemente buenas para ir allí, hay instalaciones básicas, puedes lavarte el baño, puedes dormir una noche, no tienes requisitos demasiado altos.

La primera noche me atrasó y no me di cuenta de lo sucio que es el tejido de los abs. Esta habitación de hotel realmente necesita ser reparado. Los tiradores también son sucio. Alguien derramó líquido y corrió hacia abajo. Nunca se limpió. La barra de metal que abre cerrada la puerta a la sala de camino está colgando abs impide que la puerta se abra yo tuve que empujarla con mi mano para que la puerta se abra. Me mudaría pero estoy agotado después del trabajo.

Precio bajo Wi-Fi es bueno en una habitación cerca de la oficina A veces es ruido en la noche y es difícil dormir, brillando a personas sensibles
