UUsuario invitadoRoom was super spacious and clean. The decoration was outstanding. Wifi was not that reliable. It was stable, mostly but sometimes it asked us to input password every 5 minutes. Breakfast was variable and delicious. The air conditioner was nice with quiet mode but the quiet mode stayed only 2-3 hours so I needed to have remote control nearby when you sleep as I was sensitive to noice when sleeping). There was a little noice from the louver, as well. There was a huge space inside for golfing, walking, running and biking. The restaurant inside was at standard level with exceptional view but the price is very high (no discount for those who stays at the hotel).

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is exceptional in every way. It is a beautiful building in the most stunning grounds. The plants, shrubs and flowers are interesting and colourful and most especially well cared for. There is nothing negative about the hotel if you want a relaxing break. The rooms are large, well furnished and we had a balcony overlooking the lake, the bathroom is a very good size, with good sized towels. The restaurant is intimate and the food delicious. The breakfast was incredible and we sat outside on the terrace to enjoy the food and the view over the garden. The swimming pool is not enormous but more than adequate with very comfortable sun loungers and very large towels.
The service from the moment we arrived in the car to when we left was impeccable. Sadly we only stayed one night but will definitely return.

MMeloooodyEspañolPasamos 3 días y 2 noches en este complejo. La habitación era muy grande y nos sorprendió la piscina privada, la terraza en la azotea y el onsen. Pudimos hacer el check-in en la propia habitación. Los servicios que nos brindaron fueron muy buenos. También puedes hacer tu propia barbacoa en la azotea, aunque es posible que tengas que decirles que quieres hacer la barbacoa tú mismo. Si no, te ayudarán a cocinar la comida y te la servirán en la habitación. La calidad de la comida de la barbacoa diría que era solo normal. Podría haber sido mejor. Me gusta que podamos elegir el desayuno en la habitación y que haya bastantes opciones para el desayuno. En cuanto a la ubicación, era un lugar muy tranquilo y parte del camino que conduce al lugar no tiene farolas y hay muchos baches, lo que dificulta conducir en la oscuridad. Hay que tener en cuenta el lugar de estacionamiento, ya que hay que aparcar en una pendiente descendente 😅. Aparte de eso, ¡fue una buena experiencia alojarse allí!

Habitaciones: Las habitaciones eran adecuadas para el precio. 8/10. Puede que algunas zonas no estuvieran del todo limpias, como la ducha de efecto lluvia.
Ambiente: El complejo es precioso, con un ambiente acogedor y hogareño. El ambiente es genial. 9/10.
Desayuno: Fue muy decepcionante. Había muy poca variedad (el hotel dijo que no había muchos huéspedes el día que fuimos). Solo había 4 platos principales (arroz, arroz frito con huevo, champiñones salteados y sopa clara). La ensalada se había acabado hacía mucho tiempo y no la repusieron. Solo quedaba un tipo de tortita tailandesa, ni palitos de masa frita, ni fideos de arroz con salsa de curry, ni salchicha tailandesa del noreste, ni gachas de arroz secas, ni fideos. Si hubiéramos ido en un día concurrido, habríamos podido probar más.
3/10. Personal del restaurante: Solo había una persona en la estación de huevos. Me dio pena la joven empleada con gafas, pero fue muy eficiente en su servicio, preparando café y recogiendo platos sin parar. ¡Excelente!

- Nuestro cuarto era amplio con mucho espacio disponible, aunque reservamos el tipo de habitación más barato.

- El hotel es amistoso para los animales de compañía, que nos encantaba absolutamente. ❤️😍
- En noviembre, ofrecen un servicio de “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) desde alrededor de las 5 pm hacia adelante en el área de camping. La zona está limpia y hermosa, con gran ambiente y servicio. La comida era sabrosa y higiénica. Fuimos muy impresionados. ❤️
- Una cosa que realmente nos gustaría ver mejor es la televisión en el cuarto. La TV es demasiado vieja y no hay TV de Internet, canales de cable o servicios de streaming en línea disponibles. Sólo podíamos ver unos pocos canales locales, que eran de baja calidad y muy limitados 😭

UUsuario anónimoThe location is close to highway, and nice to drive in. Air conditioner is also equipped to each room. My kids were afraid to sleep in tents before arriving this place, but my kids loved to stay this place’s tent. I really recommend to stay in this place.

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.

MMike PanovWe've stayed at this hotel several times in different rooms, but this was our last. The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use.
The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant.
The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks.
The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.
The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal.
On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly.
Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate.
Несколько раз останавливались в этом отеле в разных номерах, но это был последний раз. С каждым разом номера выглядят все хуже, уборка в номерах стала очень плохой, номера требуют ремонта, пахнет сыростью и плесенью. Система кондиционирования не числилась уже очень давно, повсюду пыль, грязь и волосы от предыдущих жильцов. Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться.
Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно.
Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок.
Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово.
Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится.
Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал
Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует.

UUsuario anónimoIt was a big house with 2 bedrooms - 2 queen sized and 1 king sized bed. It had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast included. They gave us new towels and bottles of water each day. The surroundings were beautiful. Good location to explore Khao Yai area, with a petrol station and a convenience store nearby.
