I stayed at Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Olaya during my visit to Riyadh, and overall it was an okay mid‑range experience. The hotel’s location on Al Olaya Street is excellent, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Many guests find the rooms spacious and reasonably comfortable, and the staff generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Cleanliness is usually above average, and the hotel feels modern compared to typical budget options. However, there are some downsides worth noting. A number of travelers report noise from Olaya Street at night, so light sleepers might want an interior‑facing room. A few guests also mention issues with Wi‑Fi consistency and varying breakfast quality, with limited variety on some mornings. Some rooms can feel dated or a bit dimly lit, and occasional maintenance issues (like slow shower drains) have been mentioned in reviews. Bottom line: Good choice for a central, budget‑friendly stay with friendly service and clean rooms, but expect some noise and minor service inconsistencies.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, justo en la costa del Mar Rojo. Por las noches, puedes pasear por el paseo marítimo y ver a un hombre local, varias esposas e hijos disfrutando de una cena junto al mar. También verás muchos gatos esperando a que les den de comer. Teníamos una habitación con vistas al mar y, al abrir las cortinas por la mañana, podíamos ver las olas y las gaviotas.

Decent large room with good bathroom. Pillows were uncomfortable. Location is a bit noisy but is close to lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. Service was excellent - friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.

El desayuno ofrecía una variada selección de deliciosos platos y un amplio espacio para comer. El gimnasio estaba bien equipado y era impresionantemente espacioso.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent service & amenities. Only negatives were prayer mats in both rooms were not cleaned and sea view room was noisy from late activities in the hotel ground floor.

Todo es bueno en general. Puede que tengan que revisar el feedback en Google y utilizarlo como evaluación para mejorar la calidad. Durante mi estancia, no se proporcionaron toallas inicialmente, así que tuve que preguntar. Además, mi tarjeta de clave sólo se estableció para una noche, aunque me quedé para dos. En realidad es un hotel agradable, sólo necesita algunas mejoras. No espero el mismo nivel de hospitalidad que en Asia, pero si pudieran mejorar en ese área, sería aún mejor. ¡Muchas gracias!

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con un supermercado chino y un restaurante justo enfrente, lo cual es muy acogedor para viajeros de negocios. Las habitaciones también son lo suficientemente amplias como para no sentirse agobiadas. Como suelo viajar sola con una maleta grande, me resulta bastante cómodo alojarme aquí.
