NNurhidayah MazlanNewest hotel in town which truly the best location spot, walking distance to Payang, price affordable and nearby foodies areas. great ample parking slots. what surprise me the most is the room itself. super spacious for four of us, occupied with sofa and lounge at balcony some more. maybe wud be great if got in house mini fridge. the rest all lively and nice setting. the bed is super comfy tv comes with Youtube n Netflix which is a plus point for kids. their warmth receptionist also wud made u feel welcomed and happy throughout the stays. surely will come again AlVilla 🥰😘

UUsuario invitadoWhen we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change.
Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff.
This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking.
When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!?
I am extremely angry!

HH4ik4lIf you're visiting KT for the food and shopping, you can't beat this spot. It’s within walking distance to KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall, and the Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is just a short drive away. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room which was surprisingly spacious.
The breakfast at the rooftop café was a highlight—not just for the local flavors, but for the stunning view of the coast. While the décor is a bit dated (the carpets have seen better days), the staff's friendliness and the high water pressure in the shower made up for it. Great value for money if you're looking for a base to explore the city

TTay Ee WeiGreat place to stay in the Kuala Terengganu city center.
We stayed 2 nights on business travel and this hotel provided everything we needed!
And i'm extra happy with the Iron and Iron board they provided!

QQm21Parking can be difficult to find if you check in during the daytime since it’s public parking. The room was comfortable overall, but there was an unpleasant septic tank smell coming from the fan. It got much better after we turned the fan off and used only the air conditioning.
The hotel is conveniently located near KTCC Mall, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a restaurant below the hotel, but unfortunately the food was quite pricey and didn’t really match the taste 🫠

AAwatif TThe hotel has a good location, and the service was pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. Although the building looks quite old from the outside, the interior was actually comfortable and well-maintained. One issue we encountered was in the bathroom, there was no proper shower head, which should definitely be checked and fixed by the staff.
Overall, it was an okay stay.

Cons - su situación en la habitación es muy mala. Necesita renovar. Así que muebles viejos y todo en el interior de la habitación.se siente como se romperá ahora.También huele.La puerta incluso la cama todo está ya a medias rotas. Incluso estaba roto en el interior.
Así que diré que no vale la pena con el precio que pagamos por una noche en esta habitación.
Sugerencia- su resort es también grande y atractivo.
