Newest hotel in town which truly the best location spot, walking distance to Payang, price affordable and nearby foodies areas. great ample parking slots. what surprise me the most is the room itself. super spacious for four of us, occupied with sofa and lounge at balcony some more. maybe wud be great if got in house mini fridge. the rest all lively and nice setting. the bed is super comfy tv comes with Youtube n Netflix which is a plus point for kids. their warmth receptionist also wud made u feel welcomed and happy throughout the stays. surely will come again AlVilla 🥰😘

A very clean & huge room. Room was clean. Room service was amazing. Nasi dagang for breakfast was so so so good. Had a really amazing stay.

The stay was only for one night but it left me with a lasting impression that this will not be my last stay here…  Location was great 👍 nearby 2 major malls in Kuala Trengganu ie KTCC & Mayang Mall. Food outlets are ample situated within the vicinity. Room was spacious and basic amenities well provided. Bed was so plushy & comfy. Mostly, I was impressed with the bathroom… elevated from room floor with ample space for toilet & shower. Most hotels nearby will have problem with parking but here, no worries about parking as there are ample parking space behind the hotel with minimum daily rate. Overall, a satisfying stay and will repeat stay for future trips.

Can't really give reviews because the system glitched and we got transferred to another hotel. Just want to complain about the receptionist for The Inn Hotel, the malay older lady with Chinese look keeps blaming me because my name is not in the system even when I showed her the booking confirmation. She knew the hotel has 3 branches and keep blaming me instead of giving solutions. Lucky she's in the transition shift with another receptionist and he kindly helped me with my booking by calling the other branches and turns out my booking was in the other branch. Kudos to the male receptionist. Hope the lady learns how to deal with customers and not blaming us like we're stupid. It was almost midnight and we're all tired, that doesn't give you the chance to be a ****, makcik!! I was too tired to take take photos but the given room was nice

First of all the location is very strategic.My view is pantai.sangat cantik.. i book 2 deluxe room, for my small family and parents. Bilik parents takde tuala ,even remote tv takde. I call reception ＞5 times,they do answered finally and send to towel. Lambat sikit but still okay.. but but but When i went into my room,the amenties cukup..when i tried to lay down on bed.. ada blood stained😭. I called again receptionist ＞10 times yer..tak angkat. So turun bawah complained within 30 min, tukar bedsheet. Sy tak boleh brain mcm mana boleh ada blood stained.parking itself takde ,ada basement and floor 1-2 shj utk park,memang park jelah merata. Other than that,mknn bnyk cuma tawar sikit haha,tp kenyang dan variety.love it, toilet bersih,aircond mantul,tv semua channel lancar.. sekian my review. Would i repeat again? Hmmmmm

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first because of the hotel's exterior appearance and relatively low price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and most of the facilities and furnishings looked new or had been nicely refurbished. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet, which was a slight disappointment. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague.

Seaview es lo mejor. La comida también está deliciosa. Pero sugeriría, si fuera posible, mejores instalaciones. En general, está bien.

The hotel has a good location, and the service was pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. Although the building looks quite old from the outside, the interior was actually comfortable and well-maintained. One issue we encountered was in the bathroom, there was no proper shower head, which should definitely be checked and fixed by the staff. Overall, it was an okay stay.
