Un complejo turístico muy animado para gente fiestera. Pasé 5 noches en este complejo turístico. La comida era buena y había muchos restaurantes en el complejo para elegir para el almuerzo y la cena. Se puede tomar un autobús por USD 1 para viajar por Cancún.

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente a lado de todas las discotecas, calidad precio increíble, acceso a la playa al frente de la avenida, fácil de llegar a todos los lugares importantes, lo único q el personal del bar y uno de los recepcionistas no es amable con la gente q habla español.

Hotel bien ubicado... bien conservado, playa bonita y buen desayuno. Lo recomiendo quedamos muy satisfechos.

Una estancia agradable. Nos dieron una habitación superior con vistas al mar, lo cual fue encantador. Habitaciones amplias y de buen tamaño, y cama cómoda. Las comodidades del hotel hermano de al lado eran mejores que las nuestras, pero como se puede acceder a ambos, esto no fue un problema. Personal amable y servicial, y buena comida en los tres restaurantes que probamos. Las bebidas del paquete todo incluido eran locales y no muy agradables; ¡esta sería mi única queja!

We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation.

El personal fue muy amable y simpático, la habitación estaba limpia y con vistas al mar, la conexión a internet era bastante rápida y la ubicación también era buena, cerca de la estación de autobuses del centro.

Se supone que hacían limpieza pero la verdad no se veía, pareciera que solo hacían la cama, en cuanto a la ubicación es excelente para trasladarte a cualquier partes
